“Nice...”
Nice
“excellent hotel, very good value for money!!”
very very good!!! far above my expectations...
“A Great Hotel”
Clean and friendly staff make this a great place to stay in NJ
“Two night stay, not too impressed”
Hard to sleep because of noise and light coming in the room.
“Not impressed”
We booked 2 joining rooms for our family with kids and on our arival at 11:00 am only 1 room was available. They said the other was ready in 1 to 1 and a half hour. The 4 children include a 1 year-old and we had to jam in one room, after 6 hours packed in the car. And? phone in the room not working, the bathtub drain was so slow, almost clogged . We checked and checked for the other room...nope, not ready yet... nope, not ready yet...Finally, we had to get out for dinner and came back at 8:30 pm. Nope, the other room was not ready. The receptionist said: "we sold out, blah blah,...it is so busy... you already have one room, rite?". We got keys to the other room @ exactly 8:59 pm. During check out, the bill was wrong and took us 15 min to straight that out. Never ever go back there.
“Pretty good”
The hotel was nice, and the location to the airport was great. I only had a few complaints. First my outlets in the bathroom didn't work so I had to get ready in the main room. The office chair was broken, and the room service trays sat in the hall for over 24 hours. The staff was very nice and super helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was a huge benefit. I used it everyday to catch the transit into the city. Overall, I would probably stay in this hotel again.
“Best Hotel @ Newark Airport”
I think this is, by far, the best hotel within the Newark airport area. It has been updated with a very modern, classy feel. My room was an awesome size and the furnishing were new and very comfortable. Given the surrounding area, it far exceeded my expectation, so don't let the surroundings fool you. My only negative happened to depart. We were leaving for a cruise from a port less than 20 minutes from the hotel. We asked for a taxi at the front desk and they called what ended up being a private driver. They did not tell me this and I know I should have asked, but I asked for a taxi and assumed this is the service that would be provided. I was floored when we arrived at the port (let me remind you, literally only 20 minutes away) and was told that would be $69. I feel like I was taken for a ride, literally and figuratively. There is no way it cost that much to go that distance. The way I know this was the cruise ship indicated the approximate cost for a cab from the port to the Newark Airport (less than 2 miles from the hotel) was ONLY $30. So, be on the lookout for that and if you need a taxi, call one yourself.
“Really convenient and good quality at a good price”
Good enough to stay there again
“I am there monthly and it has been enjoyable!”
Comfortable Hotel, clean and classic..bathrooms are large and spacious! Rates overall much nicer then the others in the area...Will contiune with this hotel... Shuttle is prompt and staff are friendly and timely...Food could be better, however overall I am happy with my stay.
“Airport shuttle every 20 minutes, 24hrs a day”
This hotel is convenient, modern, with plenty of outlets in the room for all your gadgets, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciated the airport shuttle every 20 minutes. You have piece of mind that the shuttle will be ready whenever you are.
