“Ok Experience”
Average small rooms which are quite out dated. No service. Great location.
“Very nice hotel”
Just stayed overnight while visiting friends in Manhattan. The staff was friendly and our room was very nice, beautifully decorated, and comfortable for two people on a short stay. The room was small but worked for us. I would recommend this hotel.
“Excellent location, comfortable and clean”
Great spot, would recommend to others. Very courteous staff; clean and comfortable room.
“Beautiful hotel, great location”
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The overall decors and beautiful, and the rooms are very nice - the superior room size is comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom is not cramped and there are enough shelves and nooks to put all our stuff. The beds are very comfortable too. Walls are a little thin since we heard the couple next door arguing quite clearly, but I don't expect that to be the normal experience here. Only issue was that twice we had to call to have the toilet paper, paper cups and coffee replenished. I would stay here again.
“Fun Hip Convenient”
OK
“Loved this Hotel would come back tomorrow”
I thought the Hotel was very impressive, the staff were very friendly and helpfull in every way. The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower had been refurbished to a hight standard. The Hotel position is very good for all sights, and we had a wonderful time.
“Loved NY but not impressed with Hotel 57”
The hotel was undergoing some renovation...noisy and dusty. My 1st room was next to elevator....very noise asked to be switched to a quieter room and they were very accommodating but I didn't get the king bed I had requested instead got a DOUBLE - yikes. The sleeping room was "very" small and no bathtub in the bathroom but the shower stall was huge and very nice. Choice of TV Channels were very limited...no ABC, NBC, OR CBS Aveda products were a nice bonus Location was good to where I needed to be - also somewhat close to Times Square.
“Great Hotel”
Beautiful room, friendly and helpful service. Once the construction is finished it will be an amazing hotel. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but overall a great place to stay, conveniently located to many NY attractions.
“Under Construction, April”
The hotel was under construction and there was hardly any staff at the beginning, but the staff did seem to try to meet our needs even though it seemed that the construction was a strain and staffing might have been limited...however the room was comfortable and the bed was fantastic.
“very central located, sure I will restay on”
good hotel, good position on the city, but they are renovating the entry hall and the bar and we found a lot of people working on the hotel without problemm for the guest , the room is very small( the standard one) but when we are on vacation we don't saty a lot inthe room. Recommended.
