Location was great, pricing was on par with other locals. Bed frame was extremely noisy, TV wouldn't stay on and wouldn't play any sound. Elevators were extremely small and very slow moving. All in all wasn't horrible.

Service was great. The man at the concierge was fabulous and had excellent recommendations! The rooms were small, several bathroom fixtures were broken, and there were some stained towels. Location is extremely close to Times Square, not quiet, and there was also construction going on during our stay.

Maria, Maria, MARIA!! From the moment we checked in to the day we departed this team excelled in making our stay in Times Square remarkable. Sure, the room was small but very affordable and clean for the neighborhood! Kelly, our maid, what so cheerful and delightful 😊. The gentleman who will take care of your luggage, Einstein, was a laugh and a smile each time we reentered the building. You can surely find a more expensive, more hoity toity palace right next door, but you can't find any nicer team of folks in Times Square 😉 love ❤️

This property is conveniently close to Times Square. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Although I did have an issue with the maintenance man randomly checking smoke detectors in the middle of the night on my first day there. Also, the elevator is very small and can only fit two people at a time which leaves you to wait quite a long time to go to your room. The lobby has a wonderful aroma, but inside of the elevator, it smells like a dead rodent.

Basic bedroom with 2 beds and shower. Premises were clean but not completely well kept. Safety was great, no access to upper floors without key card. Very convenient location.

Though the property is in a very convenient and central area (which is great), I felt that the property itself was misrepresented in the photos on the website. Yes, the hotel is cost efficient because it is one of the less expensive properties in the area. The photos represented the property to be bright and clean and modern-looking. The property is actually aged and in need of maintenance. The beds are inexpensive and not particularly comfortable. I was in a room with windows opening onto W47th Street, which was extremely noisy (though the hotel did leave ear plugs in my room). The worst feature of the room was the lack of proper block-out curtains/blinds. The window had an air leak and disintegrating canvas-looking pieces hanging at the window didn't properly fit the window: the room was therefore not only cold, but it was difficult to sleep because of the lights on the Palace Theater screen across the street. The elevator is unfortunately extremely slow and you often need to wait a number of passes until there is a space to get in - particularly during check in time. The staff were friendly and helpful in the instances I spoke with them, which was a big positive for the property.
