“A very pleasant surprise”
Chose this hotel as less expensive than staying in Manhatten. Was extremely impressed by the quality and value for money. The location was absolutely perfect as being close to two subway stations, meant that nothing was far away. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again... and that's from someone who has previously stayed at the Ritz Carlton, the Waldorf, the Parker Meridien etc.
“Will definetly stay again.”
My overall experience was a positive one. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was extremely friendly. The food at the hotel sucks. I ordered some chicken wings and a coke which came to $22.00 and the wings were stale. Apart from that, everything about this hotel was awesome.
“Nice hotel, a bit expensive.”
The hotel was nice and the workers were very friendly. It was more expensive than I'm use to but that may be normal for the area.
“Good location for better than Manhattan hotel rates”
great location in a better than average hotel
“Brooklyn Bridge Marriott... My FAV!”
Love this hotel! Not only is it centrally located, but it's really nice. Decor, guest relations, comfort all get high marks from me. :)
“Great hotel!”
Our room was very clean and comfortable. The Brooklyn location was great for us- we walked to many places. There is a metro stop right around the corner and the hotel concierge gives super advise. The pool, hot tub, sauna and gym were very nice. My one complaint was that wi fi was not free even in the business center. You did get one day free which was all we really needed, but I would have been happier if we had full free access.
“so nice...”
Everyone was so nice and so helpful. The hotel is in a great spot in Brooklyn and close enough to Manhattan. I would highly recommend this hotel.
“Across the street fromTKTS Brooklyn!”
Very handy to TKTS ticket booth. Bed was too hard for us. Room very spacious for NYC. Great ambience for a hotel bar, we went back a second time, easy to unwind.
“Friendly Staff, Nice Rooms & Great Location”
I stayed in the hotel over Mother's Day, and it was great. Everyone from the doorman to the bell man to the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. It was easy to access both Brooklyn and Manhattan - it's right by the "F" train. I really liked it, and this was my second visit.
“Love This Hotel!”
We have stayed at this hotel 2 or 3 times each year, for the past 5 years. We never have had a bad experience. From the time that you walk into the front door to the time that your stay is over, you will feel well cared for. A block away from the main shopping streets of Brooklyn; good neighborhood diners and restaurants; a weekend farmer's market across the street; close subways, fair room prices for NYC, and a fabulous night view of the lighted Brooklyn Bridge from many of their rooms. Check it out! You, too, will love it!
