Stunning Hotel in NYC!

Posted 23-Feb-2015
From stepping out of the taxi we were welcomed and helped with our luggage. We arrived slightly early for check in so we chilled out in the Reserve bar, where they served complimentary tea and coffee...just what we needed! We had stunning rooms on the 15th and 16th floors which had views if the Empire State Building. Staff were amazing and so helpful! Always chatty and asked how you were. It was so sad to leave. Location was perfect! I know where I am staying next time I'm in NYC.

Bon hotel que je recommande

Posted 20-Feb-2015

Excellent location that is close to everything. The hotel is an oasis in the midst of the chaos that is NYC!

Location: Near Bryant Park, NY Public Library, walkable to Times Square and Theater District
Hotel has no sign, but a nice lobby. A small hotel, but the rooms are decent-sized for NYC. Bathrooms are tiny, but it's NYC. Built-in cabinets and furniture in rooms are charming, though have clearly been there a while. Room and bedding were spic and span. Very comfortable room with nice window seat. Continental breakfast in adjacent bar a nice touch. Front desk and doorman very friendly. Traveled for business (with meetings across the street) so perfect for location, and a nice place to come back to after long days.

Small chic hotel

Posted 31-Jan-2015
Pros: Location, helpful staff and complimentary breakfast.
Cons: Tea and coffee facilities in the living room. Free WiFi in rooms.
Location: Easy walking distance to Grand Central, bus stop outside hotel.Times Sq, 5th Ave and Top of the Rock and Empire State Building also an easy walk.
Small hotel, pleasant, helpful staff. Good location, within walking distance of Grand Central, 5th Avenue and Empire State Building. Decent continental breakfast but could do with more attention to tea and coffee facilities in the living room. Bathroom in suite a little dated. WiFi a little hit and miss but staff will help.

せっかく高いお金を払っているのに窓なし部屋に通されたのはショック。きちんとチェックイン時に伝える必要があります。

Small boutique hotel

Posted 23-Jan-2015
Pros: Great location, comfortable bedding
Cons: Mini bar prices are ridiculous and so went unused, why not be reasonable and get the business.
Location: Empire State Building, Madison Square Gardens, Grand Central Station and Broadway are all within easy walking distance of the hotel.
Excellent small hotel, ample continental breakfast sets you up for the day. Hotel is near many of NY attractions and would recommend to anyone wanting away from the corporate hotels. Room was small but I understand that is the norm in Manhattan, once unpacked it was great and we had a view direct to the Empire State Building, rooms are cleaned everyday and all staff were very polite and helpful.

Best Bang For The Buck!

Posted 31-Dec-2014
Pros: Service was good. Todd, the receptionist was exceptionally kind and professional. Answered all of our questions.
Cons: The noise from outside the hall (people talking when walking by or cleaning people) can be heard very clearly since there was no noise cancellation.
Location: Very close to Korea Town and Empire State Building. Walking distance from everywhere.
This is not a fancy, chic, or luxury hotel. But, this is a friendly, cozy, semi-luxury, and convenient hotel.

would not stay here again

Posted 30-Dec-2014
Pros: Staff was very pleasant and tried to accomodate
hotel is average apart from location. hotel bar is only open Monday to Friday starting at 5pm. walls are very thin and you can hear the guests next door. food is average at best. definitely not a premium boutique hotel.
