Beautiful hotel right next to Times Square

Posted 27-Mar-2015
Recently stayed at the Millenium Broadway hotel for 6 nights over St.Patricks week. At first sight we were impressed right away. Huge main reception and hallway with both an entrance onto 44th and 45th street and its located between 6th and 7th Ave. Staff were nothing but helpful, friendly and polite at every occasion. We booked a double room. The room itself was huge. Very spacious with a large flatscreen tv, desk and chair to work at (if needed), sizable press with the usualls inside and then a gorgeous large bathroom. Also the hotel is literally a stone through away from Time Square and luckily enough around the corner from the start of the St.Patricks parade. The only bad thing I would say about our stay is the fact that Wifi is an extra cost if you want it in ur room but this is a minor problem as the hotel lobby has free Wifi if needed and most of the premises in the area have free Wifi once your in them so its not the worst. Apart from that I would highly reccomend it. If I was to visit NYC again I would DEFO be staying there again. Given the quality of the hotel its fairly cheap for what you get. Hope this helps you decide, you'd really enjoy your stay here. Ps. I cant comment on the food from the hotel or the theatre thats connected to it as we always ate out to experience as many places as possible and as the hotel is in the Theatre District we went to another theatre instead.

Customer Service Can't be Beat!

Posted 25-Mar-2015
Pros: I very much appreciated the quick response to any and all questions we had. The professionalism and customer service was excellent!
Cons: Housekeeping seemed anxious to clean our room every morning. We were late starters; but she was patient with us.
Location: The Good Morning America studios are 1/2 a block down! There's a Starbucks right next door! One of the best restaurants, Bond 45, also next door!
We stayed here for the location, primarily. Little did we know the customer service would be so EXCELLENT! From the doorman, front desk, and housekeeping, ALL were professional, efficient, and friendly. Quite frankly, we did not expect the quality of service we received; this being NY after all. But, we were blown away. The rooms are a bit on the "old" side; i.e. not white glove clean; but certainly adequate. Our flight was delayed by hours and we arrived past 1am instead of 10:30 pm. No problem whatsoever! I called from the airport to let them know and they went ahead and checked me in early even though we were still at the airport. Upon arrival, all we had to do was hand over a credit card and pick up our room keys. We stayed in a Deluxe room and could not have been more comfortable. I requested a fridge ahead of time, which I had to call housekeeping about when we arrived; but they were friendly and quick to deliver it. All in all, we had an amazing 6-day visit and will definitely stay there whenever we're in NY.

Nice hotel great location

Posted 21-Mar-2015
The hotel was great location right on time square so for any first time travellers to New York it is great location! The rooms are big and great views only fault is there is no wifi in the rooms unless you pay $12.99 for 24 hours!!! Which is ridiculous price so everyone always huddles around the lobby for the only place they have free wifi!! Any tourist know that wifi is always needed to keep in contact with back home so if they upgraded rooms to free wifi there would be no faults.

Nice hotel close to Times Square

Posted 18-Mar-2015
Pros: Location and pleasant staff
Cons: Rooms were clean, but were showing some wear and tear. The caulking in the bathroom needed to be redone. Furniture showed white spots, minibar absent
Location: Times Square and several good restaurants. Good deli, Starbucks, Walgreens, and McDonalds close by, Metro in walking distance
nice hotel, staff was exceptional, location was fantastic, only problem was TV had problem and had only one channel. Fortunately, spent more time out of room than in or left to watch Forensic Files ad infinitum.
