Yuck is all I can say. Don't be deceived by the photos. The place was noisy and the room musty.

I was familiar with the neighborhood. We stayed at this location years ago when we were finishing van apartment renovation in am adjacent neighborhood. The problem this visit was that the room was lacking basic conveniences of se ice at this level of price.

The property was filthy, rats all over the parking area. And in the middle of my stay, the hotel was converted to a homeless shelter with security guards at the front entrance. Horrible experience.

Great location!
I had an amazing corner unit and view of the cityscape. The place is a little old and dusty and not well maintained. But the location and price made up for a lot.

This property canceled my reservation leaving us stranded in New York, never answered the phone when I tried calling to say our plane was delayed. Had to find another place to stay because they are terribly unhelpful. Place was completely dirty with a very low C rating. Now they won’t refund me for a now show because they never answer the phone when me or Expedia call. Again this place is horrible.

Nothing to like. Terrible service, dirty rooms, none of the amenities work. Only light in room is broken - Shower is broken. Reception kept brushing us off when we asked for things to be fixed and said they don't have any replacements. I booked two rooms including parking on the property and breakfast. They said they had no spot for parking and we should park on the street metered parking if we wanted. They also said they decided not to serve breakfasts to guests anymore! Total disaster and it should be shut down.

For $200 a night the bath sink was clogged, leak/stain above the bed and blue tape holding up the bath light cover and a unfinished drywall repair In the bathroom.

Would definitely not recommend it. The room was super smelly and the carpet was gross, the bathroom was not clean and the shower was impossible to figure out. The card keys would work just once and we had to get new ones every time we wanted to get in the room. They were supposed to give us breakfast, but “because of covid” they didn’t and didn’t even give us vouchers for a place to have it. The staff was ok, but not friendly or helpful. Definitely not what we expected (and we were not expecting much either).

This hotel is the disrepair. It has a musty terrible smell, like stale cigarettes. But it non smoking. The linen on the bed seemed like they have never been changed. There were towels in the bathroom. The room temperature could be adjusted. This was an emergency trip for and I was falling on my face with exhaustion, otherwise I would have left. I slept on top of the sheets with all my clothes on and prayed very very hard that I would not get bed bugs. Woke up at 4:50am and was out the door. Truly beware.

No room/cleaning service. No one came by the room to replce bed sheets or do any cleaning every day. Room was dirty, found old underwear by club chair. Furniture are old, falling apart. Windows are not secured, anyone can easily break into the room through the window.

They don't have elevator from ground floor to the first floor which is a hastle if you have alot of baggage. The area around the hotel is sketchy. The condition of the property is not well maintained. Shower pressure was horrible. Was not assigned the promised room on my reservation.

very disappointing
I stayed before at this hotel because of the location but this time everything looked old outdated and dirty. The mattress on the bed was stained and dirty and the carpet on the floor looked like was not vacuumed for days. the carpet on the hallways was so dirty you were afraid to step on it not to catch anything Very disappointing.

I did not like anything about this property. Where do I begin? To start I was ignored upon arrival. The staff was extremely rude. I was placed in a room for disabled individuals (did not ask for it); I was given a hard time when I asked to be relocated to another room. The next room that I was given was not only dirty, and smelly (smoke) but there was no smoke detector in the room. The mirror in the bathroom was visibly cracked with very sharp edges. The toiled did not flush properly. The bathroom door did not lock. The furniture was super dirty and torn. The bed sheets smelled like body odor. There was a huge cobweb on one corner of the room (can't miss during proper housekeeping). The dresser was missing the handle. The coffee machine was missing the coffee pot, cups and coffee. This property gives the Wyndham chain a poor name. Very disappointed.

Nightmare Hotel
By far the worst hotel i have booked. No attention to H&S of guests, no attempt to address Covid 19 cleanliness and a nightmare from start to finish. Had to go shopping for cleaning items in an attempt to free in some way we could use the room. couldn't shower as controls were missing. mould in cubicle and tray hanging of the wall. Same as wash hand basin not attached to wall. Power sockets hanging off walls so didn't even try to use in case i got electrocuted. Carpets and curtains well past sell by date. Door handles loose and hanging off. Evacuation diagram torn so no route shown. I could go on even more but brings back terrible memories of a holiday my partner should have enjoyed as it was his 40th birthday treat. Anyone thinking of booking there should look at sleeping rough as it would be cleaner and safer..

The hotel was appalling sticky floors , lift buttons broken , no breakfast as advertised when booking , room has broken doors broken door handles carpets fit for the dump , looks like paint spilt on them , never been cleaned, we wouldn’t start on the carpet unless we had shoes on , the noise around the hotel was horrendous racing cars horns going off , everywhere was dirty litter all over the place . The good things are the staff was nice until we left and asked if they could call us a taxi for the airport, they wouldn’t and as our phones didn’t work we had to stand outside and wait for one to come along, bars and restaurants are plenty and easy train into main Manhattan, Over all hotel should not be on Expedia or any web site until A deep clean and new furniture and carpets oh and one other thing the room electronic door handles kept failing so had go back down to receptionist to get them reset

The rooms were dirty, dirt on floors, an old room key on the floor. Refrigerator was not working and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. When booked, they advertised breakfast, even had a specific room for it but no breakfast was provided. Overall very disappointing.

Dont set high expectations, get what you pay for.
Booked this accomodation because of the low price and proximity to Manhattan. Super barebones. Toilet ran constantly. Bathroon light randomly turned on and off on its own. No housekeeping service during our stay due toncovid. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper because we were only given a half a roll for a 4 night stay. Room was not as clean as i would like. Furniture was very old and worn. Its a very old building and needs some serious upgrades, but the staff were friendly and polite. All that being said, we are use to staying in rougher places because we just needed a safe place to keep our stuff and to sleep at night so i was not at all surprised by what we got. This place is affordable and close to the subway line which made it easy access to everything. It was also surprisingly quiet. We never heard any sound from guests in adjacent rooms or people in the hallways.

There was a "Jacuzzi" located next to the bed that I probably won't mind if it's working. No internet but have wifi. When I ask front desk respond was maybe to many guest using it. Mold in the bathroom ceiling, Room is dark not enough lighting. Price is not cheap it's competitive with other hotel at the area.

When I arrived to my stay, there were a couple things wrong from the start. My key card for my room did not work, staff had to open my room with their master key. When I entered my room it smelled disgusting, there were human feces in the toilet, and It was not a pleasant stay whatsoever!
