Quick business trip

Posted 19-Apr-2015
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: Very, very weak shower pressure. I'd actually stay in a different hotel if this is the norm.
Hotel is great. Never made it to the upstairs bar, but I hear it is awesome.

Great location, friendly staff, awesome suite

Posted 16-Apr-2015
We enjoyed being greeted by the staff each time we entered the hotel. We paid an extra $25 per night to upgrade our room to a suite, and really enjoyed having a separate room with a couch where we could take off our layers (it was snowing) and sit on the sofa and relax, rather than having to sit on the bed. The location to Times Square is fantastic. Overall we had an excellent time in NYC, to which the Hyatt contributed considerably!

Modern hotel with an excellent location

Posted 16-Apr-2015
Pros: Free wifi, lighting in the guest room, fast elevators albeit a bit small in size.
Standard room with a king bed on the 10th floor. Room size is smaller than those in Hilton Times Square & Millennium Times Square. Lobby is also on the small side. Shower only in the bathroom, & water pressure is quite low. Desk lamp didn't work, likewise for the hairdryer. Carpet in guest room looked dirty. Mattress is quite firm, & pillow is thin. AC worked well. Gym room is ok, but no washroom nearby.

Nice hotel very close to Times Square

Posted 14-Apr-2015
Pros: Location and staff
Location: It is within a few seconds walk from Times Square and all the restaurants and theatres. The Subway is close. Central Park within walking distance.
Check in was friendly and efficient as was the attitude of all the staff I dealt with. No hidden extras or nasty surprises at check out either. I was lucky and was given a room fairly high up and could see all the way down to the southern tip of Manhattan.

Lage Top, Sauberkeit Top - rundum zufrieden!

Posted 13-Apr-2015
