Excellent location on Times square

Posted 13-Sep-2014
Great room with superb facilities. Only downside was the noise from some external fans on the roof of a nearby building. It got noisy sometimes. We were in room 3304 so on the 33'rd floor facing Time Square. If coming again to the Hyatt I would ask for a quiet room. Apart from that, a great hotel.

Perfect location in Times Square - Best Staff

Posted 10-Sep-2014
Pros: I loved everything. It was clean and personable.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: This hotel is centrally located! You are close to the subway station on 42nd, restaurants and pubs surrounding the hotel, a starbucks and walgreens!
We stayed at the Hyatt Times Square for 5 nights. It had all of the amenities we needed and they were not stingy. They took such good care of us by providing us water bottles in our room every day without even asking along with any other items we requested. We visited the gym, the rooftop bar and the diner downstairs and found everything to be clean and perfectly fit our needs. The staff was amazing everywhere we went. We felt so appreciated and taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed just sitting and talking with the staff. We would like to give shout outs to our diner staff - Michael, Q, and Alev for everything they did to make our experiences great! Our rooftop bar staff was also fun and very accommodating to our needs. Floyd at the front desk as well as the gentlemen that greeted us at the front were always so friendly and helpful. We had the best time at our hotel and really do appreciate everything.

The hotel and staff were amazing! Anything I needed whether it be something for the room or what subways to take to get around the city, they were always willing to help. I can't wait to go back again!

Hyatt Times Square

Posted 08-Sep-2014
Pros: how close it was to everything
Cons: nothing
Location: One block from Times Square. 10 minute walk to all the big stores or Grand Central Station. 10 minutes to the hop on hop off busses.
Best Hotel I've stayed in, one block from Times Square right in the heart of the action. Hotal staff couldn't have been nicer and so helpful, anything extra we asked for from house keeping was up at our room within minutes.Huge rooms for a New York hotel and very mordern. Would recommend this hotel and we gave it a 5 out of 5. Thanks Hyatt Times Square for a great stay in New York.

Pleasant stay

Posted 08-Sep-2014
Pros: room amenities, new, modern decor
Cons: room service in to go containers? I think not!!! especially at the prices!!
Location: just half a block from time square ... cant get any closer then that!!
Got the Hyatt time Square on sale for what would have been a 3 star price (at best), so very happy with the value. Like others have mentioned, the rooms are small, but filled with amenities. The on site restaurant is VERY pricy, even for New York, so don't eat at T45 unless you're desperate!!

Great Hotel close to all the action!

Posted 07-Sep-2014
Pros: The hotel staff were all very friendly and genuinely wanted to help you and make your stay exceptional.
Cons: There was only one comfortable chair in the room and there were three of us.
Location: This was right off Times Square - close to Broadway, Rockefeller Center, and many places to eat. The deli's were great as well as higher end places.
This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the service staff was excellent. Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful - getting anything you needed from shampoo to an extra towel to hailing a cab. I will stay at this hotel again.
