Ideal location forTimes Square

Stayed at this hotel last year for three nights with my husband and teenage daughter. Decided to return this year as we found the location perfect.Hotel is ideally situated just around the corner from the bustling Times Square. Very close to walk to restaurants, shops, Subway station, and all the entertainment that it has to offer. Couple of good Irish bars and restaurants a few doors down from Hotel, to be recommended! Hyatt Hotel itself is very clean, comfortable and modern in appearance. The roof top bar has the most amazing views and is worth visiting. Overall an excellent choice.

Fantastic location a stones throw from Times Squar

Efficient staff, smooth check in and out. Very attentive and helpful. Great view from room on 20th floor. Beds too firm for me and pillows like floppy marshmallows! But I accept that some people would like that. Spotlessly clean and towels changed daily. Fridge in room really useful. Complimentary coffee and bottle water. Didn't get to see the roof top bar as our daughters both under 21 so not allowed in. Breakfast bit pricey but hey you're in Times Square. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel on Times Square

Posted 27-Jul-2015
We took our ten year old grandson for a week trip to New York and stayed at the Hyatt Times Square. We had a great time and loved the hotel and its location My only recommendation of a change would be to add children friendly items to the menu

Great place to stay in Times Square

Posted 26-Jul-2015
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing, really. Whatever the hotel doesn't provide you can obtain just steps in either direction outside the main entry.
Location: 6th Ave is down one side of the street and Broadway is just down the other way -- couldn't get any better.
Had just disembarked from a cruise on a very hot/humid day and was delighted that my room was available at 1100 AM. AC in the room was set at a perfect 68 degrees and felt like heaven. Nice room with good amenities and a great view from the 38th floor. Very quiet and comfortable. EXCELLENT staff all around (front desk, Concierge, housekeeping) and of course a terrific location. Very captivating bar on the 54th floor with a million-dollar view, if you aren't faint-of-heart. Will certainly book here again for future visits.

Great location near times squate

Posted 23-Jul-2015
Check in was quick and our rooms were very clean and very quiet on the 20th floor. Near Times Square but far enough away that can't hear it. Gym was very clean and nice and the restaurant was small but cute and had an excellent breakfast

Modern hotel in the heart of Times Square

Posted 20-Jul-2015
Pros: Clean, very modern feel and very friendly staff.
Cons: Roof Top Lounge - Pull in the couch pillows when you close at night - so if it rains before you open, your patrons pants aren't Soaked through!
Location: 4 doors down is Cranberry's Cafe. Great Deli/convenience store! Coffee, breakfast, lunch - reasonable prices!
Had a great, costly, but great weekend Mid-July 2015. Very helpful and friendly staff answered all our questions honestly - which is very much appreciated when a 5-8min walk for free could have been a roundabout cab ride with a huge fare! We appreciated the free in-room water bottles on this very hot and humid weekend - as well as the ability to borrow an umbrella when an unexpected downpour hit. The Hyatt has a Great View of the City from it's roof top bar and it's a Great place to relax! We sat inside because there wasn't available seating outside - which was neither here nor there for us because we just watned to sit and have a drink, but less than 20 min later the waiter came and said "your outside table is ready". TIP: If it's rained that day - inside is best, couch pillows gave us wet pants! After check out they continued good service by holding our bags til we needed them for our flight.

Great staff

Posted 17-Jul-2015
Very helpful and friendly staff. A few of the charging ports didn't work in the room. That's the only thing negative I can think of. But the staff went out of their way on several occasions to make our stay perfect.
