Walking in my room, i was welcomed with old carpet perfumes. The window facing the street was out of order. It couldn’t be closed completely so I got a chance to experience sleeping through the night with car honking, draft air and foul urinal signature of NYC.

This place should be removed from Expedia. Very dirty, bugs, smells etc. Walls haven't seen paint since WWII, wall paper coming off the walls, dirty windows. Was afraid to walk barefoot on the rugs.

It was Okay. Over priced for what was offered compared to other comparable hotels in the area. Reasonably clean but the room and furnishings was very worn not well maintained. And the room was fairly dark, it didn't have enough lighting. It had good heating (the night I stayed was cold).

This place is in bad condition and needs an update years ago. The wallpaper is very out dated and many of the seams were held together with staples. The bathroom is worn and old. Strings of hair were found on towels. The heater was very very noisy and woke me up every time it turned on. The sound insulation is also horrible, I was able to hear everything outside very clearly. The only good thing I can say is the staff were friendly it’s conveniently located around food and shopping. It’s by far one of the worst places I stayed. I will not be going back to this place.

I always come here with my fiance. Never no complaints, Front desk is always polite & kind. The room was clean and very warm from the heater.

Those walls are paper thin. I appreciate the shower water pressure, but the walls need to be cleaned and re wall papered. Overall my stay was medium, but constant slamming doors was a bit much. The bed skirting in my room was stained and dirty.

I always come here, the hotel is very clean. Lots of shopping & food areas. In distance of the buses/trains. Great getaway. Highly recommend. Room is always clean & bed is comfy.

Very courteous front desk lady. She was so helpful upon my arrival to the hotel. As a BIPOC individual, it made me welcomed! The room was clean, safe and quiet! :)

I booked this hotel for the convenience to LaGuardia airport for a an early morning flight. Very surprised to see how old and out of date the hotel is. Needs considerable overhaul room was comfortable but old mattress nothing in the room that constitutes $200 a night rate. The gal at check-in was very friendly and nice but I would never stay here again very substandard and extremely overpriced paint peeling in the rooms, wallpaper peeling patchwork on the walls, disgusting carpeting, etc..

Average motel type room.
I wouldn’t call this a hotel. Rooms seems more like average motel rooms. No fridge, no microwave no iron. I was little fooled by the pictures. But staff was friendly.
