The décor and atmosphere of this hotel is amazing, the staff couldn't be more polite and helpful. The room we had was very comfortable with an excellent view of the Empire State Building and the location was great, we were able to walk to wherever we were going. The room itself had a few scuff marks on the wallpaper and floor which spoiled the look of the room but only very slightly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amy at the reception desk was great. Turned a possibly annoying delay checking in into a very positive outcome. Handled the situation with professionalism and poise.

Housekeepers were excellent keeping the room neat and clean, leaving "extras". Concierge very helpful securing a car for trip back to airport, and the desk staff excellent as well. We had more interaction with housekeeping, because we had no problems or issues, and they always seemed to be around cleaning the area.
We stayed for 3 nights in December. Staff was great and checked us in early as our room was available. Room was clean and pool area deck was constantly being cleared of water. This hotel is located within walking distance to many NYC attractions - we would absolutely stay here again.
