最高の立地にあるホテルです

Posted 24-Jan-2015
Pros: 立地 スタッフ 部屋 バスタブ
Cons: 棚の裏や隙き間の清掃がもう少し丁寧でも良いかも。 洗面のドライヤーを利用しようとしたら、コンセントの電源が使えない日があった
Location: NY

Among the very best hotels in Midtown

Posted 21-Jan-2015
Pros: The hotel facilities are top class and the staff are attentive and always helpful.
Cons: nothing springs to mind
Location: secluded position and yet three minutes walk from Broadway and two mins from the shops on 5th
As part of my twenty five year long annual pilgrimage to Manhattan, we had 4 nights in a Skyscraper Suite at the Sofitel. This was our second stay (several years apart) at the Sofitel and the hotel was faultless in every respect.

Great hotel in the theatre district

Posted 21-Jan-2015
Pros: Everything!
Cons: A better breakfast choice that isn't so expensive.
Location: Bistro Saju a few blocks away was a great little French restaurant to eat any meal, especially after a Broadway show.
This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in NYC! From arriving curbside and the doorman to the front desk and check-out, I had only the most courteous, thoughtful customer service experience. This included the restaurant staff, housekeeping and room service. Any staff that I encountered was sincerely interested that I had a great experience. My room was clean and tasteful plus plenty of space to move around comfortably. The bed felt luxurious and comfortable. There was never an issue with the room temperature. The bathroom included a separate shower along with the tub. The lighting throughout was well-appointed. I can't say enough good things about my recent stay!

Perfect for Mom and Daughter excursion

Posted 20-Jan-2015
Room was very quiet. We chose to sleep late a couple of days on the weekend. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally quiet and did not pressure us to leave the room. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room given we were 2 blocks from Times Square.

Best Luxury Hotel

Posted 20-Jan-2015
Pros: Service, quality, and food
Cons: Better selection of HD TV channels
Location: Broadway shows and shopping
This hotel is situated in a prime location, just 1 1/2 blocks away from the heart of times square. Valet is affordable for an overnight stay, and the hotel suites are amazing. We booked the Skyscraper suite with breakfast. We also were given a 15% off card for the restaurant which was amazing. All the food there was amazing and the service is impeccable.

Great service, great location

Posted 19-Jan-2015
Perfect service, very welcoming. They have taken into account all the requests we had made prior to coming, without extra charges (cribs,...). Breakfasts were great and food quality is very french (bakeries,...), which makes it a little like home (we are french living in Canada)

Great location..Great Service

First time to stay at this hotel, although have stayed at many NYC hotels before. Will definitely be back. Excellent service throughout my 5 day stay. Room was a reasonable size and very clean. The Fitness facilities are a little tight, but still functional.

Staff great/Room disappointing

Posted 16-Jan-2015
Pros: The electrician, bellman, and doorman are extra gracious.
Cons: The beds are hard.
Location: It's on 44th between 5th and 6th and located near Theatre district and Rockefeller Center. It's very easy to grab a cab to and from this hotel.
The staff of the hotel was stellar in their efficiency and helpfulness. However, the room had an awkward layout. The closet is right next to the bed, so getting out of the bed on that side or trying to hang up something in the closet is a challenge. There is NO dresser, so unpacking is out of the question. The small one-sink bathroom had heavy wooden doors that close automatically and very loudly. It was annoying. The lobby is beautiful. The bar (although expensive) is lovely and our drinks were great. Service in both the bar and restaurant is excellent. (Food is wonderful.)
