Lobby is small and old, but rooms are clean and modern enough. Big comfy beds. Downsides were rooms close and could hear so much from other rooms above and to the side, but also from the street. The other thing was I was told breakfast was included but they didn't have that facility

Hotel staff was nice and the location was great. Rooms are really small - no refrigerator or microwave. If you’re going to spend most of your time in the city and not in your room, this is a fine hotel to stay at. Rooms are a tad small but worked for us.

We had a great trip. Our room was small, but clean and well appointed. The location was great. Walkable, and close to transit options. Lots of food nearby. The only blip was that on our second day, we came back to keys that didn’t work. I was told we didn’t have a room assigned to us. Something happened in the computer. I had a short moment of panic because all of our belongings were in the room. The desk staff did fix it.

Closed to subway stations and with many places where to eat. Area surrounding the property was a little noisy at times and a little bit dirty. Rooms were very little, and AC/ heater was very noisy. The staff personnel was friendly and courteous. Overall,and considering price, it was a nice experience.

After a long day i had last night, i had a power outage in my apartment, i had to find a hotel last minute to sleep and charge my phone. Luckily i found the holiday inn over on nassau street and for a great price being that it was in the city and next to subway.. The room was a decent size and clean. The staff was friendly. I had no complaints.

Surprisingly 'cozy' for a 20 story hotel. The building has a strange footprint so only five rooms per floor in the tower. Great location for grabbing subways to Brooklyn and rest of Manhattan, Fulton St Station is 2 blocks North. They don't feed you, but lots of restaurants around, though most close relatively early. Staff very nice. Room was nice, modern and clean. Cable SUCKED, don't stay here to watch tv. Will happily stay here again, neat part of the city to use as a home base.

Great stayed from beginning to end, within 5 min walking distance from the metro and 8 min distance walking to the 9/11 museum, room small but with everything you need for a quick trip, housekeeping was amazing. Clean sheets and towels every day I will definitely recommend staying here. We arrived at 5am and they accommodate us without any problem and even let us do late check out. Can’t wait to visit New York again. Thank you for making our stay a good one.

Internet disappointment
Hotel if fine, however, I, even with help from hotel staff, could not get internet on my computer. This caused concern as I had to come up with a plan B quickly for an important meeting. Also very limited channel options on the room tv. Remote did not work consistently. Other than these things room was good, location perfect and staff helpful.

The room had a sketchy lamp. There were only a few tv channels (4) and no local news. The ac/heating unit was possessed. However, the staff was very friendly and professional. We will not stay here in future. This was a $75 per night not $375 room. I dont mind paying for a good stay, but this was a rip off. Holiday Inn corporate should be embarrassed and ashamed. Hotel in good location but needs complete renovation including a lighted sign. This was our 16th stay in NYC, so we are not novices.

Enjoyed my stay.
I can say my wife and i felt the hotel was very clean compared to the hotel we were staying before we moved there. We also liked that the stores we were interested in going to had been in convenient locations for us to walk to. We definitely wouldn’t mind staying there in the near future.
