Nice clean hotel but my only complaint is parking. There is a parking lot but it is very small and if you get back later at night you will not find a spot and will have to park on the street which i wish you good luck on that one as its very hard to find a spot on the street and you could spend alot of time looking for a spot and could end up being more than 5 blocks away

Before I check in I do ask where do I park, and they say let us check you in first and paid the parking fee. They even say they have a parking space but it first come first service. If that full, it help yourself to find it out

My flight was delayed so I had to get a hotel room. This was an easy choice as you had king beds. The walls are so thin I could here the room next to Me’s C PAP machine all night. The elevator and hallway noise were awful. I had a flight the next morning and had to leave at 3:30 am. I am Kevin’s wife and was traveling alone. I arrive in the lobby and stumble onto no less than 12 grown Hispanic men sleeping all over the lobby!! With only backpacks and trash bags for their belongings. I was not only frightened by a large group of men in the lobby at that hour, I was shocked that a hotel would allow this. I will not stay there again.

Avoid if you can. Our flight got canceled so we had to get something close to the airport for the night. Never again! Rated as 3-4 star online but really is a 2 star at best. Old and musty smelling in hotel hallways and room. Bathroom unclean. Our has a yellowish substance in the tub. Told the front desk clerk and she said she would send someone to clean but never did. Bed EXTREMELY hard. Towels old and scratchy with someone else’s hair on them. We couldn’t leave out of there fast enough.

Pool and restaurant not open room was not cleaned when we arrived had to change our room because of that water came through the light fixture in the tub from shower abovev

Great customer service
Parking is awful. Not enough spots in lot. A real issue. Terrible. Service was excellent. Friendly front desk. Room clean and updated. Lovely. Only 2 pillows though.

This property is a bit older then what we are used to. It wasnt terrible but the area around the hotel was not very nice. It was nice being near Citifield. That made it worth being there.

I stay at this hotel only because I go to the Mets game. They haven't open the restaurant or the bar since the pandemic happened 2 yrs ago which is silly. All other bars and restaurant are open why not in the hotel.

There was only one staff person working the front desk while at lest 25 people waited to get checked in…waited over an hour in line to check in. The room key did not work…had to return to front desk 2 times before getting a new room, which added another 15 minutes to the already painful check in process. The room was surprisingly clean and the bed was comfortable. Called front desk to request basic toiletries, 40 minutes later I was still waiting. Disappointing!

Will never stay here again, buyer beware! Our towels and bedding had someones dark hair on them, The bed was badly made, made me feel that the sheets were not changed. The pool was closed, most vending machines did not work. No food on the premises.

Property was closed to the La Guardia Airport, the only reason I booked here was because it was last minute when my flight was cancelled. Property was ok. Not much of amenities. The security and staff practice was awful and downright offensive. First, another guest knock on our door saying he was given the wrong room number. Then @ midnight- someone opened our hotel room god thing he was not able to come in cause it was locked with adoor stopper, turned out it was the security personnel. He asked out last name, talked to the radio and walked. He knocked too late, whn he already tried to barged in. Then walked away as if nothing wrong was done!! DO NOT stay in this shady hotel. There are other hotels not that far from this one. NEGATIVE STAR!

Conveniently located next to LaGuardia airport. Not many stores around so be prepared to walk. Staff was friendly and accomodating to my needs. Will definitely stay there again when I am back in town.

The staffs were very inconsiderate and rude. The room with king size bed looks big and spacious in the picture,but was very tiny and too compact I hardly could get a leg space.

I’m crazy impressed with the staff here! There were several flights cancelled at LaGuardia and hundreds of people ended up at this hotel. The front desk and security staff handled a mob of angry travelers with grace and efficient. Incredible!

The Entire Staff was friendly and helpful. 6 of the 7 vending machines (drinks only) were out of order. Parking Extremely limited. Victor (Security) was extremely helpful with this but he could only do so much with maybe 30 spaces for entire Hotel. Can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful Victor was during the entire stay.

The area did not seem safe. We did not leave our luggage or anything in the car. Hotel was very old and not in great shape but it was only for one night so we dealt with it
