“Too difficult to locate. 4 GPS systems missed it. You try the address- it doesn't work”

We were coming from California and booked this hotel thinking it was convenient to LaGuardia Airport. I was not exactly sure what "Express" status meant, but it sounded efficient to me. However, once we arrived on Friday night, it was extremely difficult to locate the hotel. We rented a care and began our drive to the hotel. Using all of the 4 GPS locator systems available, we could not find the 113 Horace Harding address (you try it to see if I am right). It took us over an hour to find the hotel coming from LaGuardia. Although we were disappointed that there was no restaurant, the hotel staff was very accomodating. We were offered, and accepted, transportation to dinner at a nearby Holiday Inn. The service was excellent. Although we did not eat, your continental breakfast looked to be extensive. Thanks. Good coffee, too. The hotel room was clean, efficiently laid out, warm, and comfortable. Plenty of towels and other amenities. We reserved double beds and got queen-size, which was a bonus for us. Our thanks to a reliable room service staff. The room was very clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

“A QUICK GETAWAY”

well i was supposed to go to Atlantic city for the weekend but hurricane Irene held us in NY...the systems were down when we first got there,but about 10 min later we were checked in...i was dissatisfied as to the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom so i advise you check both before getting comfortable. all in all its good for what its worth. queens center mall right up the block walking distance even though they provide shuttle service to and from there. train and bus right on block

“Will use it again”

The hotel was very good, have a free parking area, and very close to the city, there is a shuffle that will take you to the metro station and will pick you up this was great, room was clean and very comfortable beds. I will come back again.

“Good Deal”

This is a good alternative to expensive NYC hotels. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only concern is the address of this hotel. The GPS did not recognize the address and we were frustated to find this place. Overall not a bad hotel. The shuttle is very convenient.

Good hotel with free parking and breakfast. No problem at all with the cleaning service and the staff were super friendly. The room did smell like smoke although I said I wanted a non-smoking room. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy as a few cars got their windows smashed while parked on the street.

“Mixed feelings - Good location - noisy and slightly battered”

Pros: Excellent location: Close to the La Guardia airport, Free airport shuttle and parking, relatively close to a NYC metro. Nice, comfortable bed, air conditioning. Normal (good) breakfast. Downs: Noisy, from the highway and not so much from the airport. The air conditioner turned ON hide the noise, though. A little bit not clean, and slightly battered. A bit expensive, I imagine that's because the closeness to NYC.
