“Great place to stay”
This hotel was excellent for location - Times Square on your doorstep. You could book slighly cheaper hotels but if you want space, a haven of peace in the middle of the buzz of New York this is your place. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. No outside noise at all and a river view from the window ( most rooms as far as I know)Nothing we could find fault with at all.
“We Love NYC!!”
My friend and I are both 21 and this was our first visit to New York. We had an amazing time! The hotel staff were extremely helpful, they had lots of information and were always very friendly. Our room was amazing. It was so comfy, cleaned everyday and our view was unbelievable. If I were to return to New York I would not look anywhere else but to book with this hotel! We loved it!
“Brilliant Location”
Excellent location in Times Square. Staff very friendly and approachable. Wish we had more spare time to spend in the very comfortable, well equipped room with a fabulous view.
“Superb hotel and service”
We only stayed for one night as we were flying out the next day but thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the rooms were a good size for NYC and the service from bellmen, checkin and concierge was first class. would definately stay again if i ever go back to NYC.
“New York - St Patricks Day”
You always expect a Hilton to be a good quality hotel but the Hilton Times Square was absolutely out of this world. Greeted by friendly staff who are always on hand to help. The rooms have beautiful panoramic views of the Manhattan Skyline. Very spacious and more comforting than any hotel I have ever stayed in. It is well worth the money !
“New York's Finest”
Great location, big spacious rooms, even gave us a free upgrade on the room. The help desk was great and really informative and friendly and porters where great and helpful. Location brilliant for just about everything and felt really safe in the area at night.
“Great hotel in a fantastic location!”
The Hilton Times Square is a great hotel in a perfect location; only a short walk to the Broadway Theatres and Times Square and only a 10 minute walk to Macy's and a little bit further to The Empire State Building. The staff are really friendly and the rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again if returning to New York. I spent a long time looking at reviews prior to travel and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
“Great value”
We found the hotel well situated on Times Square, walking distance for good places for breakfast and for many of the sites, with theatres and cinemas on the door step, and not forgetting Madame Tussauds. Hotel staff very helpfull and willing to recommend local resturants.Hotel Reception area bright. Rooms were a good size, although beds could have been bigger.
“Loved Every Minute Of It!”
Stayed for four nights on the 25 Aug, All i can say is that the hotel is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless, very modern and located on the 31t floor. Bed was huge and was very comfy and the view was great from the room and was very quiet. Hotel in a great location handy for all attractions, bar area nice and relaxing. I will definntley book this again on my next trip to the city and would recomend it to anyone.
“A good result in NY”
A well run, very clean Hilton right in the heart of NY. Although listed as Times SQ, it's actually 42nd St. Worry not, Times SQ is a mere 60 second walk away. We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival. Larger room, higher floor, with a great view of the Empire State Building from our window. 2 double beds, armchair, desk & chair, large HD TV, safe etc as you'd expect in a Hilton. We did get approached immediately on arrival by a member of staff keen for us to spend our first morning in NY attending a 'talk' on the benefits of signing up to Hilton Rewards - we politely declined, no problem. We tried to get a later check out. Was offered an extra hour (which was not really of any benefit to us) but anything over that was going to cost us 180 dollars! These are the only 2 negatives we can say about this hotel, and as such were of little impact on our enjoyment of staying in this hotel. Food and drink prices in the hotel were, as expected, a bit on the steep side but it's perfectly located so no need to eat/drink in. In fact there is an independent restaurant that you can access via the entrance lobby - great breakfasts for a few dollars per head. Overall, it's a Hilton - you know what to expect. Great location. Recommended.
