Ottima posizione per tutti gli spostamenti, vicinissimo alla metro, camere pulite e spaziose, servizio colazione non convenzionato all' hotel e costoso. Nel complesso buono.

First time in NYC for my 21st birthday. Loved it! 30 seconds walk around the corner to Times Square. Was put on the top floor with a good view. Was greeted by a birthday card and some delicious Baked By Mellisa cupcakes after a days birthday shopping, my mother didn't even get a happy birthday when she stayed at the Waldorf Astoria! Room and facilities were very clean and the bed was comfy. Amenities were excellent. Zero complaints for the entire hotel and room. Coming back to the room was nice and relaxing after a long days shopping and site seeing. Staff and management were really friendly and helpful, they asked us if we were getting a cab back to the hotel, we told them we were and the doormen arranged a private car for us instead. The super comfy private car was $10 more than a cab and we loved it since we didn't have to worry about getting ripped of! Staff and management were very helpful and very friendly. The manager, Joanna was very friendly and told me and my girlfriend a few cool places to visit, where they were and what there was to do. Without her we wouldn't have seen as much as we did, the high line and Chelsea market being two examples. If you

Very close to Times Square, and Hells Kitchen ( where I thought was best at night). Subway over the road. Shop and restaurant on site if you didn't want to travel far. Overall would stay here again if I wanted to be near Times Square, and would recommend it.
