Great hotel! Beds are Very comfortable and the rooms are nice and clean. Would stay here again.

“A good option for LGA”

Good staff and room and dependable shuttle service to LGA. Was a very good option if you have to overnight for LGA flights. Only negative is while the rooms have wirded internet access no WiFi above 2 floor.

“Front desk not helpful”

This hotel is hard to find. The front desk is not helpful at all. If I did not reserved my room with a non refundable reservation, I would have given my business to another hotel. The front desk did not make my stay comfortable. I have stayed at other hotels on several occasions but I will never stay at a Hampton inn again, especially LaGuardia Airport location.

“Very good overall”

The hotel is very close to La Guardia, there is a courtesy shuttle to the airport regularly. Which allows you to then use other shuttles to get to Manhattan or JFK. The hotel is well appointed, clean and the room was very good. The staff are polite and helpful, and the included breakfast has a good variety. If you are looking for a hotel whilst passing through this is pretty good, if you want to be an NYC tourist it may be a little far out, seeing as it is at least an hour via the shuttles to get into the city.

“Very nice for the price”

We stayed for the price & for location. The hotel was excellent, both clean & friendly. Free breakfast is offered until 10am, waffles, yogurt, omelets, muffins, etc. Tips, when arriving at LGA it is necessary to call the hotel for pickup. We arrived at ~10:30 AM & the hotel stored our bags until our room was ready. There is a shuttle TO the #7 subway train that runs every hour on the hour until 1pm & then starts again at 5 but only on request. The #7 train goes into Manhattan & the final stop is Times Square. Plan on a 45-60 min trip from the point the shuttle picks you up at the hotel until you get to Times Square. When coming back to the hotel from Manhattan there is no shuttle pickup to the hotel from the subway so u have to take the Q48 bus. While the subway runs 24/7 the last Q48 bus from the subway station is around 11:45 so if u aren't on the #7 train from Times Square by 11PM u will probably just want to take a Taxi direct back to the hotel, it ran us about $35 (inc tip) from Times Square. U do not want to be stuck outside the subway station in Queens at 1AM. Since u have to take a public transportation bus from the subway station to the hotel u can plan on it taking about an hour & 15-30 min to get back to the hotel from Times Square. Also, a tip regarding the taxi if u are going to take that from Manhattan to the hotel...get IN the taxi BEFORE u tell them where u are going. We had 2 drive off when we told them we wanted to go to a Laguardia hotel.

It is not a bad place. The only inconvenience is they just have the shuttle dropping you at subway station, but no shuffle to pick you up. You had to add another $15 taxi fee into the total cost, unless you prefer taking the bus.

“Pleased travelers”

Hotel was clean, nicely decorated and decent breakfast included. Free airport shuttle every 20 min had us to airport in about 8 min. We stay in NY near either JFK or LaGuardia when returning from Europe each summer and this hotel was a nice surprise.

“Good deal. Clean hotel.”

My daughter was arriving late at LaGuardia, and I needed a place to stay one night after meeting her at the airport. This hotel fit the need. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but I found the pillows a little uncomfortable, and the air conditioning a bit loud. Included breakfast was adequate, but seating was limited. All in all, I'd use the hotel again under the same circumstances. Do note that the hotel-airport shuttle does not run 24-hours. It runs 4:00 AM to 11:30 AM, which is probably adequate for most travelers, but I was meeting a late arriving flight, which became even later, and we ran the risk of not being able to get back to the hotel.

“very very clean and comfortable”

This hotel is near LaGuardia airport and, as such, is very convenient for travelers needing quick airport access. In addition, it is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff is attentive and polite. I would absolutely stay there again.
