Loved the hotel the room was beautiful decorated and the bed was amazingly comfy my only complaint would be the lack of tea making facilities in the room I love a cup of tea

Property and staff were phenomenal! Robert was extremely friendly, professional, and made our stay 10x better. Everyone made us feel so welcome from the start and ensured our needs were exceeded. I will definitely be returning to Gild Hall within the next 6 months!

The hotel was amazing. Furnished beautifully and the staff was second to none. All questions were promptly answered and all the recommendations were next level. Would highly recommend Gild Hall to anyone looking for a place to stay. Will stay here again!

This is one of my favorite hotels in the financial district. It is very easy to get to. The hotel staff is the best. Very friendly, accommodating and wanting to make sure you have everything you need during your stay.

Bartender and front desk staff were excellent. Nice greeting and check out process. Good location. Room decor is a bit tired and could have been cleaner - especially the doors and walls.

Everything was awesome except for the prices of the in-room beverages and snacks. Seems to me depending on the room there should be some complimentary alcoholic drinks and some kind of snacks 🤔 Premium suites at least.

My stay was wonderful. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. My room was surprisingly larger than most other hotel rooms - very clean. The minibar offered a great variety of drinks and snacks. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Small boutique hotel owned by Hyatt that is a gem. The staff is outstanding (you get to know them), the decor unique (not your usual hotel) with quiet rooms. Also dog friendly (no size limitation and you can keep in crate). FiDi is now an active area with restaurants all around. Several subway stops 5-10 minute walk and very easy to get an Uber. Only a 10 minute walk to Southstreet Seaport, the 9/11 Memorial. You can hit Chinatown/Little Italy with a 30 minute walk. Battery Park (to catch ferry to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island) a 15-20 minute walk. Great value in NYC.

Really enjoyed our stay only complaint is if you get breakfast included the waitstaff in the restaurant basically ignore you. I assume this is because there is no Bill and therefore- no tip. My advice- forgo the breakfast upgrade and just order it.

Love this hotel. Small with a unique vibe and decor. The staff is EXCELLENT. They remember you from previous visits and treat every customer like family. The hotel is walkable to Southstreet Seaport, Little Italy/Chinatown, the 9/11 Memorial is a few blocks. A subway is a block away. Easy to get Ubers. Pet friendly too.

Tried to take a the property price and a $100 deposit off me even though I paid the hotel when I booked. Still yet to get my deposit back also. Quoted a price for the taxi and when it arrived and we drove down the road the price had upped $20 and I was to be charged a card fee. I told him I’m not paying more than the quotes price, took me back to hotel and I got an Uber instead for $20 less with no extra fee. Unprofessional of the hotel to misquote to a customer. However, the hotel was really nice, the majority of the staff were very pleasant and the rooms were some of the nicest in New York City, you get what you pay for here.

So far room is nice and a/c works great. Lots of construction in the area. Restaurant next door is wonderful and food fantastic. Hotel is unique but really nice and quaint. Will come again on our next cruise.

The service is wonderful at this hotel. Inclusive and friendly. They greet you with some prosecco and water in the room. Decent location, near subway or in walking distance to coffee shop, some dining. Further from shopping. I highly recommend this fair priced, nice hotel.

There is a restaurant right on the property. There are many eating establishments right across the street. They provide a service to call a taxi to pick us up in front of the hotel. We were within walking distance from the 9/11 Memorial. It was a wonderful trip.

I liked the fact that my room was very spacious.The hotel was also very quiet over the weekend. I didn’t appreciate that they charge you to use the glasses & cups in the guest rooms. The hotel is in the financial district so it’s far away from most of the things that I was doing. But again I really liked the bigger room.
