“Fine business hotel. Good breakfast.”

This hotel is perfect for a nice clean quiet place to stay while overnighting in Newark. Great staff and breakfast was ample.

“a place to sleep”

A good choice if you just need to spend a night waiting for a next flight. Not strictly at the airport, requires about 10 minutes of shuttle drive (every 0.5h). Clean, nice room.

“Decent Hotel, Terrible Neighborhood”

Although this hotel appears to be close to the airport, it was actually quite difficult to find. On top of that, it was in a very SCARY neighborhood- the kind where a gang of guys start walking into the street as you drive by and looking at you at you as though you don't belong in their neighborhood. The hotel itself was fine, but this is an area in which you'd expect a Motel 6 at best, not a nice hotel. I will never return and would suggest you avoid this hotel if you possibly can.

“Nice hotel, lousy neighborhood.”

The hotel was quite comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly. The only problem with the hotel is its location is difficult to drive to because of the congestion of the area, and it is in a lousy neighbohood (anywhere near Newark).

“Not Happy with my Hotel”

Not happy with the staff's response to retriving my cell phone charger that was left in the room. I was still there when I realized it and they said only housekeeping could get it. and we were catching a 6 am flight and housekeeping was not there yet. We had to switch rooms while there and the charger was in the first room. Also the hotel shuttle left us when we signed up to ride at 4 am. We were in the lobby checking out and it just left without seeing if there were any other passangers. Also while there the hotel shuttle did not come pick up its customers from airport pickup and many had been waiting over an hour. I called the hotel they said the shuttle battery had died and catch the hotel shuttle for the Courtyard marriot across the street. Others waiting did not know that and were just waiting. The internet was down the two days we were there, could not use to print our airline boarding passes. Also the morning we were leaving there were ants crawling all around the counter top where the coffee and tea was. I told them about it. The room was clean and comfortable but the service bad, I am still waiting for a response about my cell phone charger. I have called at least three times.

“Great family hotel with activities.”

The water park is definitely the highlight of the hotel. Storytime and mystery events for the younger kids as well as the arcade for the youth enhance the experience.

“Nice and clean... good price too.”

really good value and price. Just a little bit confuse to get there if you are driving. guestroom was confortable, clean. There is no restaurant in the hotel so if you arrive late you wont have many options of food delivery. but still the hotel sells snacks and some kind of frozen food at the lobby.

if you are driving make sure to get the right direction or use a GPS! its kind of confuse to get there.

“An O.K. Hotel”

This hotel is close to the Newark airport and that was important for us. We needed to connect with our cruise transfer at the airport after our one-night stay at the Fairfield Inn. There was no dinner restaurant at the hotel and that was a problem as our mobility is restricted. Nearest restaurant was at another motel a few blocks away. Our room was on the small side but adequate. "Utilitarian" might describe it. Good Internet connection. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Included waffles and large assortment of food items. Pleasant eating area. Front desk called our taxi at the agreed-upon time. All in all, it was a satisfactory stay.

Area recommendations

Not familiar with Newark at all, so cannot recommend. A hotel with restaurants close by would be desirable.

“Hard To Find, But Clean & Comfy”

Had a very hard time finding the place, and when I called to find out how to get there, the staff wasn't very knowledgeable about how best to get there via car... other than that it was clean enough, comfy enough and customer service was fine.
