Noisey hotel

It was very noisey even on the 25th floor and the king bed sank in the middle causing roll-together. However all staff were very helpful.

Great Hotel.Location superb.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Everything was brilliant
Location: On Broadway.near to all the attractions.
When we arrived at hotel went to reception.We met with a receptionest named Evelyn who was fantastic to us.She made our stay most welcoming in the hotel and could not do enough for us.

Location: Close to all attractions
The check-in staff was helpful and we were able to check in at 1:30 pm which was nice. The hotel was acceptable in appearance, but not grand or impressive. The wait staff in the bare was terrible. One night we waited for more than 10 mins and was never approached for our order (at a table not the bar). Another night we were waited on and ordered two coffees and one serving of "NEW YORK CHEESCAKE" which was 1/3 the size of a small cup cake. No kidding. The prices are expensive in most places but our charge for 2 coffees and one small dessert was $35.00. The quick stop "The Grind" located in the hotel was very basic and the service was lacking. Coffee was terrible. No toaster or microwave to heat anything?

Too costly

Pros: Nice looking outside and convenient.
Cons: Need renovations.
This hotel was too expensive for the small beds for four people. Needs renovating with white spot paints on the wall. We thought it was luxury according to the website.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Times Square

Pros: Location is fabulous.
Cons: It would be nice to have free WiFi in the rooms and not just in the lobby area.
Location: Times Square and many Broadway shows are just steps away.
Very comfortable stay with easy access to wherever we went.

Great Hotel in central location

Location: The location was brilliant as you were central to everything and with excellent subway links to downtown and South Ferry.
Having stayed in New York before but down in the Morningside area which is towards Harlem, I was a little worried about staying in the heart of the city. Our room was on the 33rd Floor and at night you could not hear anything from the busy streets below, so after a full day of sightseeing you knew you would have a perfect sleep, the beds were to die for. The hotel it's self was perfect, the rooms had all the facilities you needed, iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee, free safe, Smart TV and wi-fi. The staff were so friendly and as for the buffet breakfast well that was worth getting out of bed for each morning and what a choice, it really set you up for the day. However, I think if the price of it had not been included in our room price we would of probably eaten elsewhere as $32 a day was quite expensive.

A bit disorganized

Upon checking in, we were informed that we had ALREADY checked in (we hadn't). We were given a key to our room and sent on our way. Upon attempted entry to said room, we quickly discovered that it was already occupied. We returned to the front desk, where it was insisted that we had already checked in (we hadn't). After some scrambling, we were given a new room and a new key. The experience was fine, but we suggest that when you're in your room, be sure to use the deadbolt.

A special trip

Pros: The location and the staff. Although it was a very busy area the rooms were quite.
Cons: There are signs that the hotel will need to have some refurbishment in the next couple of years. Guest hotel guide book needs updating.
Location: In the heart of theatre land with lots of places to eat within walking distance.
Took my wife to New York for her birthday. It was our first time so a hotel that was in a popular area where we could access the must go places easily and where most people would be able to direct us to if we got lost was on our list. The Crowne Plaza Time Square fitted the bill. The hotel itself was very pleasant but will soon be in need of an update. However the staff were excellent, couldn't be more helpful. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Times Square location - short walk to theaters!

If you like the hustle and bustle of NYC then this location is for you. Stores on Broadway open until midnight/1 am. Truly the city that never sleeps!
