Great place to stay in NYC. Beds were wonderful.

Posted 02-Jul-2015
Pros: Location, resturants
Location: Times Square was a great location. Stardust resturant was great. Great location to see Lion King. M&M store and Hershey's store.
Had a wonderful long weekend here. Several good small resturants inside and nice bar. Rooms were good size and had a good view. Beds were wonderful after a long day of walking. Def would stay here again.

Nice hotel with fantastic location in Times Square

Posted 29-Jun-2015
Pros: Fantastic location and amenities.
Cons: Full supply of shower gel and shampoo everyday.
Location: Fantastic location. So much nearby as regards restaurants. Theatres on the door step, Madam Tussauds, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Holywood, shops etc.
Family holiday for 25th Wedding Anniversary with 16 and 18 year old. Fantastic location with lots going on in Times Square. Plenty of restaurants and shops and of course Theatres on the door step. Suggest booking in advance if you want to see the premium shows. We had hoped to go and see Wicked, but couldn't get tickets to fit in with our schedule. Very hectic, but enjoyable holiday. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Pros: Location, room ample size, amenities. Concierge very helpful.
Cons: Nothing really although we should have complained when there was a noisy group on our floor one evening.
Location: Right by Times Square, theaters and close to Central Park.
Very good hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Very busy lobby with conventioneers but rapid check in service was met.

Great hotel! I've stayed here before and have always liked it. Comfortable, clean, and above all, perfectly situated right in the middle of everything.

Great hotel in great location

Posted 23-Jun-2015
Right in Times Square but room is quiet and curtains block out all light. Was a clean room with big bed, big tv, good bathroom. View wasn't good but I'm sure you can get a better view if you pay more. Obviously everything is close by, theatres, restaurants, and shopping. Only a $40-$45 cab ride from LGA. Concierge was helpful. Food at hotel was great, but pricey. If you plan on staying in Times Square this is the place to stay!

Great location, easy check in. Lady at front desk was especially helpful in getting some ticket issued that we had for Yankees game and bus tours resolved. Great recommendations for travel, both to Yankees game and back to LaGuardia for flight home.

Nice hotel location, disappointing room experient

Posted 22-Jun-2015
Pros: Location, room size
Cons: The room condition
Location: Times Square, MoMA, Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, Central Park, Macy's
The overall comment for this hotel is "good". Here are pros and cons. Pros: The hotel is located in a great place, where is only 1 minute walking distance to the Times Square. I'd like to say that if you are living in this hotel and you want to go to the Times Square, the only thing you need to worry about is the time you spending in the elevator, depends on which floor you are living. With the great location, it is very easy to find the subway stations, and most of the must-see locations of NYC, such as MoMA, Macy's, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Center, etc. are in walking distance. Besides, the food in the restaurant in the second floor is also great. I was living in the 46th floor, the highest floor in the building, and it has a good room size as for a hotel in such location. Cons: However, if you are looking for a place just for good location, it is not necessary to live in this hotel, because many problems in the room really disappoints me. First, the room has weird smell, from the checking in day to the last day. I guess the smell is because of the not-dried sheets or towels in the room. It smells like something moldy. Second, it is too noisy! The noise comes from street and the room itself. The noise from the street, however, we can't do anything with that. I'd like to talk about the noise from the room. I can always hear a strange noise coming from the speaker on the wall of the room every night. I don't know what is that but I know it makes me really annoying.
