Great location if you like busy Times Square

Pros: Clean comfortable and well located
Cons: The line to get into the breakfast restaurant was very slow. There was plenty of tables free but a long wait.
Location: Stores, theaters, and restaurants very accessible
Overall a fine hotel. Very comfortable beds, good shower pressure unlike some high rise hotels. The location was ideal for my vacation as it was near many restaurants and theaters.

Hotel is located right on Times Square

Pros: location
Cons: nothing strikes me
Location: Time Square theaters are right there
Hotel's location is great for theater going. It is modern enough to be comfortable. Bathroom is small, but room is regular sized. Comfortable bed and pillows. Access to the New York Sports Club is great for gym oriented individuals.

Horrible staff .. Rude security personnel .. Rooms are aged ... Slow service ... And no one .. I mean No One smiles ... They think you are staying there for free ... Also, everyone wants a tip .. Almost every member ... The only positive ... Is the location ..

A needed get-a-way

Pros: The staff was great and it is very clean.
Cons: beds high for short people. The bus sightseeing people were annoying, they were bothering people as soon as you walked out of the hotel.
Location: Broadway shows, great eating, Ripleys, Madam Toussads, shopping and so much more. It was nice to see people of all different cultures.
We only live about 35 miles from NYC on Long Island, but it has been a tough year for my family. This was the perfect trip just for a couple of days. My husband, myself, and my daughter had lots of fun. The hotel was in a great location for everything.

Pros: great food at the bar
ok, but a few cheap amenities were missed like bottled water in the room

Great location in middle of Times Square

Times Square v v busy, beware of begging & charity collectors!!! Location great as main attractions easily accessible from hotel. Food in hotel good but large portions & not cheap, but it's Times Square!!

Noisey hotel

It was very noisey even on the 25th floor and the king bed sank in the middle causing roll-together. However all staff were very helpful.

Great Hotel.Location superb.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Everything was brilliant
Location: On Broadway.near to all the attractions.
When we arrived at hotel went to reception.We met with a receptionest named Evelyn who was fantastic to us.She made our stay most welcoming in the hotel and could not do enough for us.

Weekend away

Location: Close to all attractions
The check-in staff was helpful and we were able to check in at 1:30 pm which was nice. The hotel was acceptable in appearance, but not grand or impressive. The wait staff in the bare was terrible. One night we waited for more than 10 mins and was never approached for our order (at a table not the bar). Another night we were waited on and ordered two coffees and one serving of "NEW YORK CHEESCAKE" which was 1/3 the size of a small cup cake. No kidding. The prices are expensive in most places but our charge for 2 coffees and one small dessert was $35.00. The quick stop "The Grind" located in the hotel was very basic and the service was lacking. Coffee was terrible. No toaster or microwave to heat anything?
