“Good Value”

Much cheaper than in Downtown NY. Airport shuttle was great and gave good access to transportation from airport to Downtown NY. Gave excellent recommendation for dinner - transportation to restaurant was complimentary. Get info from the front desk. Great recommendation for an all day NY, NJ city tour. Saw and learned a bundle. Great driver and tour guide. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance to hotel. Hotel staff were awesome! Would difinitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.

“I will come back....”

The most of my family stayed at this hotel for a wedding. All of us got lost trying to find it. The positives are the room was very clean and comfortable. There was always some sort of food or snacks available to eat if you were hungry. The breakfast was very good. They had computers where you could check in your flight, a board of flight schedules, an interactive board where you could pull maps, etc. The negatives were the location and the customer service skills of some of the people at the front desk. Some were not that helpful. Overall, I would recommend this as a place to stay..

“horrible experience”

I stayed in the hotel because is near Prudential center, my 8month old nephew woke up screaming at 330am and when I opened the bed there were bugs crawling all over the bed.The hotel moved us to a different room, but it was hard to sleep thinking that I might have bugs crawling all over us again.

“"Driving to" nightmare - hotel is fine.”

Quite a challenge to drive to... Once there, hotel is very fine. We stayed there to visit NYC. Commuting to and back from NYC was a charm.

“A great place to stay and the staff was really exceptional”

Our stay was only one night but exceptional. A slight problem with the hot water system was experienced by us but when the manager overheard us telling the front desk clerk she immediately very apologetic and then offered to pay for our breakfast. This was really unexpected as sometimes things happen that we have no control over. We will stay there again for sure.

Getting around

Use the airport shuttle for arrival and departure. But use the Taxi service to get to the Liberty Ship Terminal. Cost is around $50 plus luggage gratuity.

“Nice Hotel in a Bad Neighborhood”

this was a nice hotel altho it is in a "not so nice" area. The room was as expected and the lot has a gate to keep your car safe. hotel had wired internet but not wireless.

“Great services, Bad location”

The hotel itself is very nice, with the modern decor. The room was nicer than I had expected, considering there wasn't any picture available to view in advance from its website. The staff were all pleasant and extremely helpful, when i called the front desk for an item, they supplied it for free and even gave me extra. It really saved me the trip to the store. Unfortunately, the only thing I was annoyed with, was the location. I got lost a couple of the times going back and forth from New York to the hotel. HWY 1&9 is very complicated, it loops around and it doesn't give you easy access to the service roads. It great if your staying in new jersey but if your visiting New York ( as i did)...it's not worth it to save a couple of dollars.
