“Fun Visit to NY”

Great little hotel. Location was good for where we were going. The Deli next door was great. We ate most meals there.

The room was very clean and larger than expected for a NYC hotel, especially for the price. It is centrally located right on the corner of 5th Ave. The only downside is the hotel only has two elevator banks, so it can take a bit to get an elevator.

The hotel was perfect! Clean, friendly staff and with a perfect location! The rooms were clean and well maintained during our whole stay! Two blocks from Grand Central and Times Square! Also next door to a beautiful park! We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was nice and clean. It was within walking distance to a lot of great places and the staff were very helpful and accomodating.

Very pleased with this hotel. Conviently located to everything. Very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Very quick to take care of any issue we had (towels, help with safe, directions). Nice deli/store next door which was very convienent. Stayed with my wife and two older kids,room a bit small but more than adequate as we spent most of our time sightseeing. Would definetly stay at this location again.

“Close Proximetity to grand central station”

Great laid back hotel close to Grand Central Station. There is a 24 hour deli next door serving anything you can thing of from breakfast, lunch, dinner. Short walk to Rockafeller center.

Have never slept in a bed so comfortable,wanted to bring it back home!Great hotel,close to all major sights,friendly staff.Will certainly recommend to all my friends.

“'Great Location'”

Our first time in New York at an excellent central location for all the sights and retail therapy. Accommodation was good, we were on the 30th floor, so great view and staff were very helpful. Used the restaurant for breakfast just once as a little expensive compared with the wonderful deli next door which served absolutely everthing 24 hours. Would definitely go back. Hopefully next year!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for visitors to New York City. Only problem was the room itself was warm and it was difficult to get it cooled down.

We stayed during Thanksgiving Holiday. Without our concern being too busy with the holiday getaway, things like that, the staffs there were very kind and we never had any problem. The front lobby is small and tend to congest but it did not bother us much.
