“Very comfortable stay at Best Western”

We had an overnight layover in Newark and decided to stay at the Best Western, after looking at many reviews of hotels online. We were pleasantly surprised at the size, comfort, and cleanliness of the room. The beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable! Morning breakfast buffet was hot and plentiful. It is only a few minutes by shuttle (right across from the airport). The shuttle took about 25 min. to get there and then took us a little late when we wanted to leave to go back to the airport. I don't know what the driver was doing, since the van was in the parking lot... Those were the only 2 knock-downs of the hotel. Make sure you leave plenty of time before your flight, so you won't be worrying. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Great place and super friendly staff!!!”

For a hotel close to the airport - it was perfect!!! I called and spoke with front desk and they explained to me how to find the hotel shuttle at airport -then a wonderful person showed in ten minutes and picked me and my luggage up! Arrived at hotel to a super friendly staff who was just wonderful and i checked in quickly! Got to my room and it was great! Bed was awesome and so were the pillows!!! For such a low price this hotel really was great!! My room was clean, comfy and huge!!! Loved it!! Breakfast was standard hotel buffet fare, but again the service was excellent and it was a free breakfast so i am not sure how people can complain. I just wish it had a restaurant, there was nothing close by to eat at except airport and i did not want to go there until it was time.....

“Good for travelers”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing I didn't like about the hotel was one way in and out. Had to back up a couple times to let another car out. I think they need to open up back to flow traffic better.

“Bes Western Newark”

The hotel was actually great. Great people at the desk, decent food for breakfast. Once you learned how to get to it, access was actually very easy and in fact very convenient. The price was exceptional compared to others in the area.

“Fantastic experience”

Excellent rooms rooms for the price. Our room felt like a suite with a sofa, huge television, large fridge, microwave etc. The lady who works on the bar is great. Also, excellent free shuttles to/from Newark train station and the airport.

“Great Place Outside the City”

Very kind and very helpful getting to and from the city. Shuttle service is convenient but a little costly if you take a lot of trips. Overall breakfast was great and the service was always willing to help. I have stayed many times in the city and I would stay again. A nice getaway from the busy Thanksgiving weekend.
