“"Not Impressed"”

Hotel was extremely far from the airport, but very convenient to the bus station. I arrived very late and the hotel staff was very friendly and professional. However, when I got to my room, I pulled back the sheets and there were spots on the sheets. I laid on of the bath towel on the sheets and slept in my clothes. The bed was also VERY hard. There was also a long black hair in my sink and on the bathroom floor, and the bath gel was recycled...meaning the seal was already broken and it was filled up with hotel bath gel. And since I arrived at 1130pm, I wanted to purchase wi-fi on an hourly rate just to check email and let the family know I arrived safely, but they would only sell in 24 hours sets. I checked out at 9am....and will never stay here again!

“Affortable and comfortable”

“very good hotel”

Very good hotel with best value for money and friendly staff I t can be accessed from any where in HK within about 45 min. and have shuttle bus from and to the air port . Genza light rail station just in front of the hotel and 989 -I may not remember the bus no correctly- bus go from the other side of the hotel to the the HK convention center

“Good value for your money”

Good value for your money! The hotel has a great swimming pool and a gym. Nice view from my room. Clean and comfortable.

“Can't wait to go back”

We stayed at this hotel July 2010 and July 16-23, 2011. It is a great hotel. Only need one bus to get to downtown, and the light rail is great too. Very conveinient. Two big malls beside the hotel. There is a laundramat in one of the malls beside the hotel thats much cheaper and very convienient. The two malls have plenty of places to eat. The staff are very helpful and friendly.We would definately book this hotel again.

“Good price but far from city”

I was assigned a small room, which was much smaller than what was shown on the hotel website. for 5-day stay, it would be nice to have a larger room. the hotel is ok for its price. however, it is quite far away from the city. there are plenty of transportation options if you know your ways and the language. but, it may take you upto an hour and half to get to the Hong Kong island.

“Wonderful holiday location!”

Very pleased with the hotel, the room was excellent, great view, very spacious and clean. Hotel full of babies and children of all ages. Nice mall with lots of restaurants near by.

“Great for a couple on a short trip :)”

My husband and I spent four nights here and thought the hotel was great for the price. Our room was very clean and the staff was helpful. We liked that we were supplied fresh robes each day, that the toiletries were always restocked and they made sure that there was free bottled water in the room. The pool was well maintained and quite enjoyable. It was great to go here for an evening swim after a long day. Our one gripe is that they no longer have any free WiFi in the lobby and it has been password locked. Apparently they no longer offer this service and will send you to one of their cafes. As many have noted, the location of the hotel is very far from central Hong Kong, and it takes about 45 minutes to get to Tsim Sha Tsui. We found it fine, because we don't return to our hotels during the day anyways, as we are out and about. The great thing is that the hotel (tower 2) is just steps away from the light rail Ginza stop. You just take this and connect easily with the MTR station Tin Shui Wai.

Area recommendations

I really agree that people should visit the mall attached to the hotel. The area it's in is fairly residential, which means that while quiet there isn't much to do. The cinema was nice there and played all of the current blockbuster releases. Plus there are lots of restaurants and shops to browse in.

“Very convenient; near mall & bus & train stations”

I rate the hotel as 3.5 overall; price is reasonable although it is very far from main HongKong island.
