We only stayed for about 15hrs before we had to head home, but it was a perfect 15hrs! Our host was most accommodating, we had booked a king size bed however, when we opened the door it wasnt going to be big enough for the two of us. Our host immediately took us to another room and it was huge!! Every room at this B&B is decorated differently and the structure itself is just amazing. You must stay here if your ever around the area.(I'll go back even if I'm not, just to go away for the weekend ;))
Great place to stay and walk Flagler Avenue. You'll love it if a bed and breakfast fan -- also a waterfront restaurant and spa on property! (Unfortunately the Expedia rating space for 5 rating hotel's categories above isn't working on the site right now.)

This was a last minute booking and it worked out great! We were lucky to get one of the beach front units. We stayed only 2 nights and loved the room on the 3 rd floor with a beautiful beach-ocean view! Gorgeous ocean! The hotel is older but well maintained, the room was very clean, we had a huge wrap around balcony which was amazing. Pool was clean and well maintained and had plenty of lounge chairs. Nice staff, plenty of non-chain restaurants close by.
We enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was great, it was a suite with 2 balconies. The room was very quiet. the carpets need to be cleaned. It would be nice to have a couple lounge chairs on the balconies of the suites.
I like beach activities and in the past would typically stay on the beach. Only had time for a short overnighter so I gave it a try. To my surprise this was an easy drive to the beach and would easily consider a longer stay on another trip. I also like to run and there are some nice options leading from the Inn. A short hop over the causeway and you can get some beach running in while getting some bridge/hill run time. Plenty of water sports are available with a marina just a few blocks away. Would consider giving 5 stars on everything but have to take a little off only because it is an awesome place but not quite an elite-elite place. You would have to spend hundreds a night more to get that status. With Longboard Inn you don't really have to spend that kind of money to enjoy your stay. The rooms were charming including some great attention to details including some stain glass windows fitting with the Longboard theme. I can't stress enough the how friendly everyone is and how clean the facilities were. NSB is still a little sleepy town that has plenty to offer. Longboard Inn goes a long way to add to that charm. I can see why they have lots of loyal guests. In the future I may regret giving away "My Little Secret" of The Longboard Inn.
This Inn is wonderful. The owner Tami greeted us warmly. All rooms are decorated differently. Each one we saw was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Based on people we met, there are a lot of repeat customers. Close to beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.
We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. I think some of these reviews are people expecting a Ritz experience at a motel 6 price. Our room was nice and well equipped. We loved the view of the ocean and the ease of access of the location. They had a great grill area to cook at that we used. The kitchen came with just about everything you need, so dont worry about pots, pans, paper towels etc. they even had a little dish washer with soap.
The mattresses are our only complaint. They were horrible. I suggest bringing a pillow topper to use if you want to get a really good night rest. Other than that, we will be back. We got more than we anticipated for $120 a night on the beach.

What a gorgeous setting for this friendly place, hosts are very welcoming and the position on the river is so interesting to look out at and see the birds and dolphins going by. Close to a gorgeous beach
