Great old hotel. These hotels can be difficult to maintain and that seemed to be true here. One of the two elevators was out of order making for longer wait times to get to the rooftop bar or our 11th floor room and the faucets in our bathroom needed repair. The staff was excellent, although the doormen always seemed more interested in their phones than greeting guests. Kerry at the front desk and Hampton in the bar were both fantastic. A Streetcar stop was right out the front door making transportation to other parts of the city super easy. The Garden District is very walkable from the hotel. Glad we stayed here. Had a really good time.

Great location for this New Orleans hotel. It’s quirky and room decor could use a refresh. Room was spacious though and clean.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. The location made it easy to walk or catch the street car. We had a wonderful experience in New Orleans!

Great hotel, friendly staff, and best view in NoLa from the rooftop bar. Parking fee of $45 per night plus tax and “resort” fees seemed exorbitant.
