“Ok hotel, lousy neighborhood”

Good servicen, clean hotel not very good surrounding neighborhood.

“My favorite when staying a few days.”

The entire hotel has been recently renovated and everything is very nice. If you want a place with a full size fridge, ice maker, oven, stove and everything you need to fix a meal than this is the place.

“Ken”

The hotel is only a short 5-10 minute drive into downtown New Orleans. The room was comfy and the free full breakfast was great!

Area recommendations
I would recommend going to Frenchman Street to have the experience of the New Orleans local bar jazz club. However, if you really want something elegant I would recomment the Bombay Club in the French Quarter...excellent food, wiat staff, atmosphere and live music.

“Great for what we needed”

We stayed here for a wedding in Metairie. For us the location was perfect as it was near I-10 and next to many amenities. Check-in was smooth. Our luggage got lost on the way here but when it arrived from the airport we got a call from the front desk which was nice. The major issue for us was that the rooms were not cleaned by 2pm which was when we got back to the room for our child's nap everyday. So the next day I told the maid to clean the room before 2pm and she did. The breakfast buffet was very nice and had something for everyone. We had the tacos for the evening snack which was nice except for that the meat sauce was too salty. One other issue was that we were given a room on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator as far as I could tell so we had to lug our luggage up to the 3rd floor. The room was nice and the layout was good. Overall quite happy with our stay.

“Good Value”

This hotel worked really well for me and my family. The separate living room and bedroom was perfect for getting my 3 year old to go to bed at a decent time while allowing me and my wife a chance to stay up and watch tv. We also really enjoyed having a full kitchen in the room.

“Nice and Clean”

The hotel was extremely clean and when the room service came in each day they put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher for you. The breakfast every morning was great! It wasn't in the heart of town but it was only about 10 minutes from New Orleans and the commute wasn't bad. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Area recommendations
If you have the time definitely go to the New Orleans Museum of Art. They have a neat sculpture garden and the building is beautiful.

“Great Trip”

Hotel staff very polite and helpful in getting taxi for me and gving me information on places to visit.

Area recommendations
my trip was to go toe Steelers Saints game. Hotel was close enough with taxi accommodations and even worked out others sharing a taxi. This is a Hotel I would be happy to go back to.

“the only place near New Orleans I would ever stay”

Beautiful room with plenty of space, pleasant staff, good breakfast, great location.

Area recommendations
Get to see New Orleans without the hassle and expense of staying in the Fench Quarter. Quiet upscale neighbourhood, lovely to walk around. Felt safe all the time and lots of great restaurants nearby. Only a short drive to New Orleans.

“Great place to stay!”

This was our first trip to the New Orleans area. The desk clerk was very helpful with directions on where to park and go in town. The room we stayed in was a studio suite. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly!! We would definitely stay there again.
