price is too high, no room is worth 489.00 a night, but especially the room we had, requested a king bed, instead had two small double beds !! TOO PRICEY

At the time your reservation was created, the hotel was fully committed on guaranteed king rooms. However, we still allow our guests to note their preference, should that room type become available. Out of Wash Cloths

Pros: Good location
Cons: Starbucks served cold deserts even the Muffins, cakes, etc. were served cold. Not good at all!
Location: Lots of thing to do surrounding the hotel
Good other than the hotel ran of of wash cloths on our last day.

Nice modern hotel, but sub-par food

The hotel is modern, clean and located near shopping, the Convention Center, Casinos etc. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Two concerns that marred an otherwise excellent stay were the quality of the room service food and the cable/satellite TV service which kept locking up. As a woman travelling alone on business, I probably rely on both of these more than the average New Orleans visitor, but for a hotel of this caliber, I expect better.

College Drop Off

We were bringing my daughter to drop her off at Tulane and randomly picked a hotel off your site. Warehouse district was very cool place. The staff we saw were the desk staff who were fine. And the bellmen were very friendly and helpful. We didn't like having to pay for the parking. We drove around several nights looking for a spot. Free parking would be nice!!!
