“Definitely Not Impressed”

We reserved through Expedia, and when we booked the room it was supposed to have a refrigerator and a microwave. When we checked in we were told that that was not what we reserved and they did not have any rooms available with those amenities. If we had known that we would not have stayed there. Also, there was supposed to be a coffee machine in the room, but that was not there either. For a King size room, we only received 2 Towels. The "High Speed" internet was down for a day and a half, and my 3G Wireless card was faster than their internet. That is ridiculous. Too be honest I would never stay there again.
