“Great hotel !”
Perfect location for our 6 night stay . The concierges' recommendations for tours, music ,food, couldn't have been better and the beds were amazing..
“Great New Orleans Hotel”
This hotel is great. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming. The complimentary breakfast had something for everyone. It's location is 3 - 4 blocks from the French quarter and only takes 10 minutes to walk to the French Quarter. It was also close to Riverside which made it convenient for us to join our Western Caribbean cruise. Room size varies, we arrived early and got a small room but our son who arrived the next day got a large room (twice the size of ours). I would recommend this hotel and stay again.
“Small, but nice and clean”
Located about 3 blocks from Borboun street, 2 blocks from Harrah's. All in all a good location. Small hotel nothing fancy, but clean well maintained. Very friendly helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was well pepped with a variety of breads, sausage. The fix your own waffels were a nice touch. Would stay here again and reccomend it to anyone who wanted a budget hotel. Was pleasantly surprised after checking inand going to our room and seeing the clean modern bathroom with nice tile and counters. the microwave in the room was a nice touch
“Was our second visit and we WILL be back again!”
This was our second vacation to New Orleans and both times we stayed at this hotel because we loved it so much. The location we perfect! We parked our car and were able to walk to all area attractions - the tours, the riverwalk, the aqarium, the shops, the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, the French Market, the Cathedral, tons of restaurants, and more! The service was wonderful. Every single person we came in contact was so helpful. They have someone to even help you book tours and the bus picks you up right at the hotel. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious - new menu every morning. We loved the pool too; it was nice and warm. There's a great work-out room but we were too busy having fun to use it. We had a wonderful stay and will never stay anywhere else - it's a phenominal value!! :)
“One year anniversary”
Aside from the smoke detectors going off at 6:30 in the morning (which the hotel said was a false alarm) and some kid setting the alarm clock next door for midnight one night, our stay was nice. The pillows weren't to my liking, but I've never been a fan of feather pillows. Within minutes from everything we wanted to see or do. Beautiful interior. Friendly staff and quick valet service. Would stay again.
“Good Time in N. O. again.”
My wife and had had a great time, the hotel was great. We also enjoyed the Po-Boy festival and of course our walks in the French Quarter.
“Return Visitor”
Second time at this hotel, visiting family and for vacation. Great location. We got a better room this time. Nice complimentary breakfast. Good bed.
“Quaint downtown hotel”
First was the only disappointment; parking was $28 per night. Valet only, so it is more like $38 per night if you use your car like I do. I parked at Harrah's a block awway for free if you gamble for 30 minutes (no problem for me). Hotel is rehabed warehouse and is very tasteful. Room was wall-to-wall king bed, but very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were wonderful. I enjoyed every encounter with the Inn personnle.
“Second Stay! Terrific both times!”
Terrific Hotel! Very nice staff! My kids love the free cookies in the lobby. Very convenient location; you are within walking distance of everything! Great beds! Used the valet service, it's a must. Beautiful lobby!
“Great Hotel and Staff”
The service and hotel were great. It was a wonderful hotel close to the conference that I was attending, with substancially lower rates. The service was first rate from check in, to the concierge, to the bartender and housekeeping. A good solid breakfast was provied every morning and there were free cookies! Just remember that it is a lounging pool, not a swimming pool or you will be disappointed with that. I would stay again and recommend it in a heartbeat.
