My room floor was wet, like they just did the carpet. I have small kids that crawl so I didn’t like that. My refrigerator in the room was broken. Worst experience

"Mixed Experience at Comfort Inn" During our stay at Comfort Inn from January 23 to 28, the hotel's convenient location made our check-in process smooth around 9:00 PM on the 23rd. The room had a nice ambiance, but unfortunately, we encountered an issue with cleanliness. Upon entering, we found hair in the bed, prompting us to request new sheets from the front desk. As an executive housekeeper myself, I couldn't help but notice that the inside of the toilet had yellow stains, indicating a lapse in regular cleaning. While the room was generally clean, this oversight with the toilet was a bit disappointing. In summary, our stay at Comfort Inn had its positives, but improvements in attention to detail with cleaning procedures, especially for items like sheets and toilets, would enhance the overall guest experience.

Nice place if you want to stay away from downtown

The service at this hotel was excellent! The ladies and gentleman at the front desk, cleaning and cook staff were all kind, hospitable and catered to all of my needs! I stayed here during my Christmas and New Year's visit and they made my trip that much more pleasurable. I appreciate each one of you! Please know that your hospitality does not go unnoticed!

The property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and hot. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because my neighbor played loud music for half the night until I finally called down to the front desk to report the disturbance. He then proceeded to loudly complain while taking his time to cut the music down slightly. The front desk did handle the situation immediately. I would definitely stay again whole for better neighbors.

Check out was smooth everything was great. The room was super clean and the breakfast was great the lady who was working in the breakfast area was over protected watching you fix food cleaning the area while we fixing our waffle she cleaning the waffle area can I finish making my waffle first. Another thing that's amazing the dollar tree is in the same parking lot across from the hotel 1 minute walk so you don't have to go far if you forgot something a home the store is right there.
