“One of Milford/New Haven's Best Mid-priced Hotels”

Hyatt Place comfort and style throughout. Room was nicely appointed, soothing color scheme, very clean. Room had a separate lounge area and separate sleeping area. Wide-screen TV. Adequate breakfast served daily with a nice selection of breakfast foods.

“Not Happy”

Hotel was great, no issues with the hotel or the staff. But I highly doubt that I would use expedia for this hotel chain since the hotel chain charged $200 to my debit card for a one night stay, for a room previously paid for. I stayed at the hotel Sunday night, checked out early Monday morning, and at this time on Thursday there is still a $200 pending charge on my debit card. Unnecessary and highly irregular.

“Typical Hyatt Place”

Same as other Hyatt Place hotels, which is a good point for me. Nice whirlpool. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Nothing around though, except a steakhouse 5 minutes away.

“Best value hyatt hotel”

a very nice and comfortable hotel. the rooms are extremely big, more like a suite than a normal double room. breakfast was small and cozy, and there were huge malls 2 min from the hotel, so it was very easy to shop. Definitely going to come back if I'm in the area.

“Not the best, but comfortable”

The shower drain was plugged, and our room was not stocked with enough towels and cups for the number of guests. The exercise room was wonderful. I slept well. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, but they ran out of food fast. Overall, ok, but the service and result did not match the price.

“Would stay here again”

I stayed here with two teenagers and my daughter met us from RI. We had a nice stay. We chose a suit with two double beds and with the pull out sofa everyone had plenty of room. We took advantage the the fitness room which had four pieces of equipment , followed by using the hot tub which was as large as a small pool. We were here just to meet up with family so we ordered in pizza from a nearby restaurant. Breakfast was simple but plentiful and the seating was comfortable. Location is just off the highway and there was construction across the street so a little noisy. It was convenient to the Bridgeport ferry which is where we were headed the next day. The check-in staff were helpful. We would use this hotel again if we are in needed one the this area.

“Excellent hotel”

Hyatt place hotels are the best! Excellent service, very comfy rooms and at very good locations. This hotel will be my first choice wherever I go.
