“The only place to stay in New Haven area”

New Haven has very few hotels that I would stay in. This is one of them. Price is reasonable. The staff is courteous, friendly and eager to please. The bedrooms and bathrooms clean and well attended. If you are staying in the New Haven area this is the place to stay...

I was very satisfied w/ my stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

“Enjoyable stay”

We reserved two rooms with tow double beds, non-smoking. We were given two rooms on the 2nd floor and I noticed a smell of cigareete smoke in the hallway. One room smelled heavily of cigarettes so we were given anothe room right away. That was the only problem. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was maintained very well. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Needed room for just one night. Although some construction work in the lobby, no distraction/noise; very friendly reception staff

The room was quiet and the beds were comfy. I'd stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Orange again.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, were friendly and helpful, service good and rooms clean. It is a non-smoking hotel, although we could smell smoke coming in through the bathroom ventilator fan one night, which wasn't good. We saw people smoking on their room balconies, so perhaps that was how the smoke drifted into our room (though we didn't have the balcony door open!).

Room was clean and comfortable. Outback Steakhouse is located literately next door. All-around satisfactory stay.

Business travelers dream!! The new Courtyard by Marriott design meets and exceeds all my expectation for a great business trip. The kids would love it here as well.

“Great experience during quick overnight stay.”

Got in very late, checked in around 11:30 pm with no problem- room was what we reserved. Nothing opulent, but room was meticulously clean, as were the hallways and elevator. Was pleased to find the fitness room open 24 hrs, so got to get a short workout in before heading to sleep for the night. I received a wake up call on time the next morning and check out was quick and easy. Didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on its quality.

“Great room; would stay again”

Very clean room. Beds were extremely comfotable. Only odd thing is that they are full beds -- not queens like one would typically expect in a two bed room. I would stay here again. Check in and check out were fluid and easy. No noise issues. Plenty of well-lit parking outside.
