Imagine staying in @TheLeelaHotels for luxury , and you have two people enter your room without knocking twice, bathtub leaking dirty water and the staff doing nothing about it at all.

Everything about this hotel was great! Priyank provided exceptional service at the breakfast. This hotel is a little distant from the city center and airport, but it was a memorable hotel for my family in our trip to India (and we stayed at the Taj Palace in Mumbai). My only complaint is that we did not receive any VIP Access benefit as advertised in Expedia, including perks or a room upgrade.

I loved staying in this hotel, facilities were great, my free room upgrade was fantastic, amazing breakfast and dinner buffets, value for money. Staff were incredibly friendly, polite and professional. I got sick during my last 2 days, staff were very helpful, calling the doctor, bringing medicines, checking me around all the time, it was like a family looking after you, I thank everyone involved for that. The only downside was the surroundings but I don't think there is a place in Delhi with too much difference.
