“Not good”

“Sheraton Needham”

This was a nice hotel but there were no perks. Parking was expensive for a non-city hotel. There were plenty of spots but we still had to pay each night. Internet access was also expensive. There are no restaurants or stores close by the hotel.

“Hotel needs updating”

This hotel appears to be a relic of the 1980's. No discernible updating has occurred. Our room was okay but the cleaning staff needs some improvement. There was a straw on the carpeting when we arrived---it was never picked up or vacuumed up throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet is way overpriced and the selections were minimal. Fortunately, there are other much better places to get food really nearby.

“This is the worst Sheraton that i have ever stay.”

We have requested far away from all the noises, when we checked in we had to wait 3 hours then the front desk gave us 1st floor, so we asked to be on a higher floor then she gave us a room next to the work out room, then the 3rd time she gave us the room that everyone has to walk by to get to the pool and a work out room. Pool and jacuzzi is dirty, the water was so cold and jacuzzi was not hot. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, very disappointed.

Area recommendations

This is not a bad location if you have a car, but i would recommend stay in town, you get around very easy with all the public transportation.

“quality hotel”

We needed a one night stay in the Boston Area; this hotel was just off 128, easy parking, quiet location, easy check in and out. Good Breakfast. Beds were very comfortable.

“Lackluster”

The accommodations were older and in shabby condition. The parking lot was extremely inconvenient, requiring a long, uphill walk to the hotel. I was surprised to see that parking was billed to the room at $9 per day, which in my opinion is overpriced. In general, the service was friendly and helpful. The room service menu was extensive, and the food was good, if a bit pricey. The workout facility was good relative to other hotels.

“Good deal”

We found it to been a great deal & even better with expedia (we got free breakfast & parking) The breakfast was amazing The pool is lovely It was great we can take our dog & where the room was located for folks with pets (near the door). It was also kid friendly My only complaint was that there was not a minifridge or microwave & our in room coffee maker did not work- Though they did have great coffee brewed in the lobby by 6:30 with real creamers!!

In the immediate area you are near Charles river & where you can rent kayaks & canoes But then you are not that far from the City

“positive surprise”

Pleasant stay. Very helpful and polite staff. Room was clean and quiet. I do always appreciate complimentary coffee maker and bottle water. Breakfast was plenty and included. Free parking. Love the place.
