Dear Maggie ;Thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey, we are sadly impressed to know that no single aspect of your stay was enjoyable according to your score.However upon investigation we found that you wouldn’t want to pay for pet fees and frontdesk not allowed you to plug your car charging which is not part of amenities of our hotel so if you unhappy with your dissatisfaction for unwanted demand to hotel then it is not called staff was disturbing or rude but likewise same time 30 more guests came with dog for dog show events and everyone paid and everyone happy with same staff and services . Hotel management doing there best efforts but we would like to know in detail if you other points to discuss about staff rude behaviour so we can improve on their part otherwise staff just follow management policy.Sincerely;Hotel management

Although I don’t really think the lady at the desk is to blame, this hotel has awful service. One employee should not be working the front desk and the breakfast room. I booked and paid for a room in advance. The manager said they didn’t even know what kind of room I was talking about. I had it clearly on the receipt. We had a team of girls there and the employee wouldn’t open the dining room door to give out one spoon. I’ve never seen a hotel nickel and dime paying guests like this hotel. I feel sorry for the employees.

Unfortunately, this room type does not exist in our inventory. We recommend reserving a room with 1 king bed or 2 queen beds.For breakfast supplies, please approach the front desk for spoons or plates. There's no need to access the breakfast room directly. WORST HOTEL EVER
Worst hotel ever. I called corporate on them because they were extremely unprofessional. They accused me of lying and then called me at 9pm at night to check about the amount of people in my room. They had fleas or bed bugs i got bit multiple times on my neck by something. They were very very rude and unfriendly. I would never stay there again. I wouldnt even want my dogs to stay there they may leave with fleas.

I liked the property but I tried to change my reservations before check in and was not allowed to without being charged for both nights. I was charged for 2 nights for a 1 night stay. It was my first time using expedia and I never will use it again.

The staff was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. The sheets were silky soft. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Lots of channels on the TV. And plenty of room to move around. It's a small town and I think that is where the extra dose of friendly comes from. I love it. I just wish there were more restaurant options within walking distance, but I can't complain about that in a small town. There were several restaurants within driving distance and the one restaurant that was next door to the property has a very delicious chicken fried steak with yummy sides. It was a great choice to stay here and we will do so again next time we are in the area.

The hotel smelled musty. When we got into the room we noticed mold on the ceiling in the main room. The smell was horrible and the carpet damp and sticky. I let the front desk know. I have asthma and I needed the meds to help breathing and major headache. I hope the issue is fixed before anyone else stays in 104. Not satisfied at all.

I like the pond and the bench the pond that is situated by the hotel I didn't like the humidity and the the moldy smell in the room. Also I didn't like that they put a $250 hold on my card for incidentals.

However, regarding towel rack-we had it in all bathrooms before 2018, but we have to remove it because new comfort inn standard not allowed us to keep towel racks in bathroom after 2018. When we are in franchisee business, we have to follow all rules. Whereas all rooms has 2 layer of curtains and in back there is block out curtain in every room windows to keep 99% dark in room, but sims like you have not figured it out. If you have called the front desk, they may help you. However, upon investigation we didn't find hot water issues and room you stayed in room 210 which we rent out every day and no one complaint about hot water in last 6 years. For remote, some time needs to push button hard to operate, however during stay if you called front desk they can replace tv remote and move to another room if there was hot water issue. It is our hotel policy that we check all arrival rooms to make sure it cleaned and everything in working condition before we give room key to guest.Hope you understand and give us chance to serve youagain .Regards;Hotel Manager.

We just needed a room to stay over while out of town for dancing on New Year’s Eve. Our room was clean and beds were nice! We never heard any noise from the hallway or parking lot, and really enjoyed our 1 night stay.

We stayed 10/21-10/23. The employee working nights was extremely lazy. When waking up for coffee both mornings it was empty. Sunday morning the employee was sitting in the lobby playing on her phone, and was fully aware we were waiting on coffee. Instead of attempting to help and make coffee she went behind the desk threw her keys and then left, leaving the employee coming in the door to make coffee. Just lazy and rude.

However,When reservation received by hotel with travel agent's credit card on file with Room tax charge authorization only, then hotel needs guest personal credit card authorization for incidental. So that if guest damage or stealing or smoking in room then hotel can recover money from guest personal credit card old on incidental, and it is normal practice by most upscale franchisee hotels of the USA.If everything is good (no incidence) then Incidental authorization hold automatic removed after 3 to 5 business days after check out,Regards;Hotel Managment.

Comfort great, breakfast so-so.
Breakfast was only so-so. The waffle mix was tasteless, coffee was instant, even from the coffee dispenser. Overall room comfort was excellent.

We stay here for our family reunion each year. It’s always a pleasant stay, had dirty pool last time. This visit the hot tub was broken but we enjoyed the clean pool
