This property is old with old furniture in the rooms. Service is also poor. No mini fridge, no water, no coffee machine or tea in the rooms and we were told that we had to buy bottled water in the shop or carry our own cup to the water cooler in the gym. This hotel claims to be all inclusive but it really does not operate that way. Food is limited and everything closes by 10pm. The coffee shop is terrible as the their coffee machine was broken my entire stay. Internet is very poor. It wa near impossible to get any work done in my room due to poor internet connection.

We do not include a fridge nor water as part of our all inclusive. You can get filtered water soda coffee 24 hours in the buffet. This is how we can maintain our price point. Our coffee machine was not broken...we have 2 in the main dining room so if at any point one was down you would have the 2nd on the other end.

Kids came in around 6 pm every night and took over the hotel that wee all on our floor so we did not sleep for 3 nights till they moved us this was supposed to be an all adult resort will never stay there again

The front desk clerk (slim young fair-skinned Bahamian young man) was extremely helpful.The food was good as usual. It is best to come down early, before the lines get long. My only complaint about the property was the very loud music, which continues every night until 12 am. There is a live band/or music in the area off the lobby. It is very audible once you have a pool facing room. However, if you are there to have a festive time the live nightly music will be just the ticket!

We LOVED our stay. We especially LOVED the staff who made our trip so fun and memorable. Brie, Ty, Audreka, Dyon and Paps in the activity crew were awesome. Paps went over and above by taking pictures of us for our anniversary. Band (Funky D) and piano bar were also great entertainment. Beach was gorgeous. Very fun all inclusive vacation!

The food was good for the stay. Lots of variety at the buffet and delicious desserts. Staff except for reception were friendly and accommodating. Overall the facility is dated and rooms need new queen size beds and fresh curtains. We had booked ahead for four as a family in one room when we got there they weren’t going to allow four in one room and wanted us to book an extra room. Reception then did agree to the arrangement. We wouldn’t stay here again even though it was all inclusive.

Breezes Resort and Spa leaves alot to be desired when considering the definition of resort and spa. It is more of an all-inclusive bed and breakfast honestly. Aside from being on a beautiful beach, Breezes lacks the resort feel. Though few of the staff were polite, majority was unimpressive and didn't give the usual "pride in their job" vibe in used to encountering on other resorts. The room and food were very subpar and needs major improvement. Entertainment was a joke. The facility needs an overhaul and update as it appears the building and furniture lack the proper upkeep. For the price paid Breezes did not deliver.

Since I have food intolerances to both dairy and gluten, it was sometimes difficult to find food I could tolerate at the buffet. The two ‘a la crate’ restaurants had better options for me. It was noisy at night.

The facility pictures on their website and what they advertise and what you get to experience are totally different. The staff is rude and they send you off like you are bothering them. The worst customer service ever. They must do this because they know more people will book. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor. The food was not good, the drinks were terrible. Regardless of being an all inclusive, this place is not a good place to stay and I would NOT recommend it.

I booked a double bed room partial ocean view. Room did not have double beds. I stayed 1 night checked out the next day. Staff didn’t really want to give me a refund. Staff kept giving me the run around I stayed for an hour or 2 so that staff can finally release refund. Stalls kept saying they released my refund to Expedia by sending email they never sent email until they finally saw I wasn’t leaving until email was sent for the approval for Expedia to refund me since I booked through a 3rd party. Hotel old as hell not recommended.

This place is extremely outdated. I knew this coming in but it’s still doesn’t feel great to see it in person, the hallways look scary, dining area is very basic. Buffet has enough food, but nothing special. My bathroom did not come with any shampoo or conditioner so when I asked for some, they brought me shower gel and said that’s all they had. Good thing the pool area is decent.

Our pricing did not change due to the weather - although we could have. You had a choice on where to stay and you obviously chose us due to our reasonable price when you could have stayed anywhere including where you spent your trip in Nassau - we are the most affordable all-inclusive in Nassau and for the just over 400 you paid for the night you seem to have forgotten that includes ALL taxes, service charges, dinner and breakfast for two persons - unlimited drinks (including wine and alcohol), an air conditioned bedroom, wifi, etc etc - we suspect some of your review upset is from the airline delay so we aren't taking it personally. Hope you made it home safely today

We loved our stay at the Breeze's resort. The beach is fantastic and the staff is super nice. The building is rather old but the staff members are very helpful and patient and the rooms are clean. The all-inclusive option (hot breakfast, buffet lunch, out-door grill and bar and buffet dinner or dinner at special on-site restaurants) is such a good value compared to the prices one has to pay in Baha Mar next door or other restaurants that we tried. The onsite pool is also very good and not crowded at all during our stay. Things that are not making 5 stars: the facility is rather dated and could use some modern upgrades; the offerings at the on-site restaurant are quite limited due to staff shortage. Buffet meals offer ample amount of good food and drinks but nothing fancy. We requested for another comforter for one room (as the one in the room had some stain) but didn't receive it. The best, unparalleled part of Breeze's is the beach! It's the best in the area and never was crowded during our stay. We'd love to go back again!

This was an amazing experience. The property itself is beautiful. The rooms are a little outdated and the wifi doesn’t work all that well. Great food, amazing staff, GREAT place to stay! D’von was the best staff member there. Always had a smile on his face and made sure we were taken care of.
