“I give the Sheraton Music City hotel a "10" rating.”
This is the second time I stayed at the Sheraton Music City hotel. If you don't have a gps it's difficult to find it, but it's worth the hunt. I enjoyed the delicious food served at the Veranda lounge just off the lobby area, and the guest rooms are extremely comfortable, especially the bed with the soft pillows. I for sure will repeat my stay.
“great experience”
I love this hotel. We were there for a quiet getaway with two children. We had a great stay, love the fact that restaurants are near by. Great bar and pool areas. Room service was fast, but could use a few more food options on menu. Staff was polite, friendly and efficient. Will stay there again.
“Awesome!”
The hotel and staff where awesome! Will definantly be back!
“No value”
Bed linens smells badly Front bar - very poor service. Waitress added her hair in my drink. No breakfast service before Thanksgiving Day & they charged $ 7.97 for a small take away box of cereal & milk for my kid I booked thru expedia, breakfast not included & no free internet room service Lobby wireless was free, but so slow Room - No furniture to lay your suitcases
“Two choices, too cold or too hot”
Spent 5 days on a tourist visit at this hotel. Rooms are clean, however, the room temperature control was horrible. Although the in-room thermostate appears functional and simple, mine did not actually work to change the room temperature. The first two days, the room stayed in the mid-60's. When I asked for help at the front desk, they claimed that they were having change over problems, sent an engineer to the room to fix the temperature. After the fix, the room was mid 80's and there was no functioning ability to change it lower. By the fifth day, we did manage to get into the mid'70's. I do not believe that this facility nor staff are functioning well at this time. I would recommend to look elsewhere.
“People friendly and rooms aweome”
All staff were friendly, rooms super and nice relaxing at the bar foor cocktail
“Hotel was very nice”
This hotel was conveniently located to all the things we wanted to do. It was only 10 minutes to downtown, Grand Ole Opry, and most of the plantations we saw. The fitness facility was one of the best I have seen at a hotel at least for the cardio eqiupment. The pools were very nice. The staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not want to be downtown with all the noise. The only downside to the hotel was it was near the airport and the highway, but you could not really hear it from the room. Only when you sat out on the patio.
“Nashville Marathon Experience”
Stayed at this hotel for the Nashville Country Music Marathon. It was very accomodating and made the experience hassel free!
“Excellent Hotel”
Great spot for a conference
“In the middle of nowhere”
This is a hard place to get to and there is NOTHING within 2-3 miles of it. No bars, restaurants or clubs and it should NOT be advertised as near Opryland. It is several miles away....It IS right under the flight path of BNA's runway which is less than 1 mile away!
