The rooms are just nasty!! We left immediately after seeing (and smelling!) our room!

Checked in, went to the room, turned around & left

The room smelled horrible, it appeared that something brown had been thrown on one wall, the wall paper was peeling - I didn't even take my luggage in, I was afraid roaches would get on it. I took one look at the room and called Expedia. They were great - got me a refund for the room & booked me into a much nicer place

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Just off highway and close to restaurants.
Cons: cleaning, painting, TV, Alarm clock, price
Bed was the only good thing, Bathtub had hair in it, paint was peeling, spots every where. It did look like they may have been remodeling but our room was terrible. Amazingly it was quiet with the heater on.

We stayed for 3 days. It was a short cab ride $10-$20 to Broadway and downtown Nashville so we decided going the cheaper route and I think it was well worth it. It is in the middle of nowhere so you need to Uber/Lyft/cab ride it everywhere you go but its substantially cheaper than getting a hotel in downtown Nashville.

Pros: Easy access to both I24 and I65
Cons: breakfast "to go" was just OK
Location: didn't need
Easy to find. Reserved room on Internet by reputation of brand name. Not disappointed.

I only stayed because of price and availability. I got less than I expected for the price.

Convenient locale to other parts of the city.

Posted 11-Nov-2014
Pros: cost and convenience.
Cons: I have no suggestions for improvement.
Location: I was only booked for one night so that I cannot adequately rate this aspect. I can attest to there being many eating places in the vicinity.
I booked this room at the last minute on the internet and pleasantly surprised at the ease, comfort, and affordability of my hotel. The desk personnel was pleasant and helpful, even offering suggestions for places to eat that were convenient to the hotel. I especially appreciated that the desk clerk called the room to verify that I had found the room and that everything was satisfactory. That's never happened to me before. Kudos to this budget friendly hotel!

1 night stay

Posted 10-Nov-2014
Pros: Location and Price
Cons: updated paint, Kleenex and have a hair dryer in room. It was also very warm.
Location: I was just there one night but it was 5 miles from Belmont University, there was a Waffle House and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.
I was surprised that there was not a hair dryer or Kleenex in the room. While it appeared clean, you could tell it was older and not maintained as well as some other motels that I have stayed in.

Low cost, low comfort

Posted 28-Oct-2014
Pros: accessible
Cons: noise insulation around doors and walls, quality of linens and pillows -- if quieter with better linens, it could be a great cheap place.
Location: Cracker Barrell, Waffle House, Interstate access
Noisy on interstate side - hard to sleep. Bed covers and pillows feel aged.

Nice place just outside the city.

Posted 28-Oct-2014 on Hotels.com
We were in Nashville last weekend for a friends wedding. This hotel is a $20 cab ride from Broadway. It was well worth staying a little outside of the city and paying for the cab fare as these rooms are 1/3 of the price of downtown hotel rooms. HOWEVER, on Saturday we called the front desk and asked the clerk to call us a cab. The car arrived 15 minutes after we had asked for it to be there and there was NOT A METER (it really looked like the guys personal vehicle). Since we were already running late we just got in. When the driver dropped us off at our destination (on Broadway) he told us it would be $35. We were NOT happy since we had taken two cab rides the night before and they were both right around $20. I'm not sure what kind of system the desk clerks use to call cabs but CUSTOMER BEWARE.
