This was a great place to stay to visit the Crater of Diamonds state park. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Rooms are nice enough for a budget motel and clean but the odor is aweful. Would be higher ratings if not for the aweful smell in our room. Literally smells like a dead body was stored in here. Staff was above and beyond friendly and efficient.

I thought the staff was very helpful and courteous. The only complaint is that you can hear people talking in the rooms on either side of your room.

One in our party is obsessed with checking the filters. We had to wash them out they were so packed with dust. I had never thought about till he did it. Everything else was average or above for a quick over night stay.

Condition of room.
Although fairly clean, the room had some areas that need attention. The faucet was detached from the base and difficult to operate. The faucet knob on the bathtub came loose and had to retighten without tools to work. Remote control had limited function.

We stayed here for two nights, had two rooms and we was very satisfied with both rooms. We was really pleased to see no carpet, concrete walls, and beam ceilings. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, and the shower was hot. The staff was professional and friendly. When we visit crater of diamonds in the future, we will check availability at this hotel before anywhere else!

Very nice for a no frills motel
Quick stay passing through. Motel was recently renovated. Rooms are clean and relatively comfortable. Very simple no frills , would do it again . They did a great job renovating, I have been at much newer hotels that are dingy and feel like they are held together with band aids and duck tape. Bed was firm and pillows are thin and pliable. Staff was friendly.I feel My “ dollar spent ratio to quality of motel “ was very good

Clean, quiet, hot
The best thing was it was clean and quiet. The worst thing was the room was super-hot when we got there, and it took three hours for it to cool down. (We had to turn the a/c on high and leave for a while, and it was still hot when we came back.) Also, the Hot/Cold arrows on the shower were reversed, so it took a little to figure out how to get a cool shower.

The property had bed bugs. Luckily we found them before settling in for the night. Went back to the front desk to tell the lady she then proceed to deny they had bed bugs and argued with me that they didn't until I showed her a picture that I took. We checked out immediately and found another place to stay at. The AC units in each room were off so it was over 100 degrees in the room also.

We stayed at a different hotel for 1 night before we changed to roadway inn it was the best decision ever made our room was cleaned everyday easy check in employees were very nice

When booking shows smoking and non-smoking. Booked non-smoking but given room with ashtry in it. Talking to staff no non-smoking rooms. Room smelled upon entry and headache all night and next day.

I was very skeptical of this place because of the price. But I was pleasantly surprised once I opened the door to the room. It was really nice. All remodeled and modernized on the inside. There was a Walmart within a mile from here . Everything else was close by. Definitely worth staying here. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

I woke up in the middle of the night with water splashing on my shoulder from a leak in the ceiling.

Unfortunately a storm had come through and the power was out. The staff was amazing in that they found another motel for us to stay at. They refunded our money. Wonderful customer service! Thanks!
