The hotel was located very close to all the venues and shopping that we wanted to do while in Nashville. The facility was extremely well maintained, clean and the staff was friendly and professional.

Great over night hotel stay.

Pros: Helpfulness of the hotel staff.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Excellent locale with every kind of store and many restaurants near by.
We arrived late and was warmly greeted.The next day upon checkout , we asked if we could leave our luggage while we had a late breakfast.also we asked for a ride around noon to the airport to get our rental car and they scheduled a ride for us. It was overall an excellent stay.

Partially Expedia ' s fault

I took my 8 year old daughter on a vacation to Nashville recently and chose to stay at this hotel because my daughter wanted an indoor pool. I booked my hotel the night before the trip on expedia.com. When I received my confirmation email it said, your reservation has been made there is no need to call to confirm with the hotel. So, after driving two and a half hours from our home to the hotel for a weekend getaway, with an 8 year old need I mention again, I was informed at check-in that there was no information regarding my reservation. It seems, Expedia forgot to forward my information to the hotel. So after being in a car for two and a half hours my 8 year old and I got to sit in the hotel lobby for another 20 minutes while the hotel tried to contact Expedia to get our information. they did in fact get our information and get us checked in. I cannot say anything bad about the cleanliness or the amenities because it was a very nice hotel.....for almost $200 a night it should be. the next morning, I got a nice little wake up call at 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. however I did not request one. So being woken up twice in the wee hours of the morning along with my daughter being woken up as well was not exactly how I wanted to start my morning. After we were up and about, we went downstairs to the Bistro breakfast area. scrambled cheese eggs bacon and sausage X, a sprite, a chocolate muffin cost us almost $40. the young blonde attendant was less than pleasant to order from as well.
