The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful! The room was very dark and there was trash left on the floor that the cleaning staff didn't catch since the living area was so dark. The room overlooked a storage facility with extremely bright lights focused on the hotel parking lot which also came into the room. The curtains didn't completely closed so the light came into the bedroom and was annoying.

What a terrible experience. Booked an extra night at this location due to coming in extremely late and to our surprise when showing up they canceled our reservation. Front desk people were extremely condescending and rude.

I liked that parking was included. There really wasn’t anything unique. The hotel room was kind of dirty. There was long hair from someone else in the shower, a beer cap on the window sill, a Bobby pin on the floor, and crumbs like the room hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed in a while. The room want well insulated and I could hear people talking in the next room over. Our toilet didn’t work right, you had to flush several times for anything to go down all the way. We told the front desk and they said it would be taken care of but it wasn’t. The free breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. We will be staying somewhere else next year.

Greeted immediately. Very pleasant and warm checkin. Clean, modern, and well stocked store for snacks. Exactly what we wanted after a long drive. We have been to Nashville, but needed rest. Comfort Suites delivered it.
