Tv

They need to upgrade there tv and channels. Nothing but static . I have stayed here many times and this was the worst yet. A fuse was blown during our stay. No hot water for 2 showers to be taken.

This hotel was clean and provided a decent room to sleep in. Not many frills but was adequate for my visit.

Poor Facility and Location

Posted 04-Dec-2014
My room was adjacent to the parking lot and it was very NOISY. The room's door and window did nothing to keep out noise. Forget sleeping. Garbage truck came at 4:30 am. All kinds of construction noise in area. Advertised as Downtown, but it is a mile or so from Downtown and I would definitely not want to walk that neighborhood.

"Spur of the moment" works out great!

Posted 02-Dec-2014
Pros: Location, price, helpful employees
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Walking distance to arena, concert hall, music strip.
En route to Florida we decided to catch a hockey game in Nashville, and chose the Comfort Inn since it was in walking distance and took dogs. Worked out perfectly-only $10.00 for our dog, easy walk to the arena, and decent breakfast. The room wasn't overly big, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The desk clerk helped out with printing our tickets and had no problem agreeing to call us if our dog disturbed anyone. Fortunately, she didn't. We would definitely stay here again.

Average Hotel

Pros: I personally liked the location minus a few details. It was located right off the highway.
Cons: Hotel staff could become friendly to guests.
Location: Music City, Country Music Hall of Fame, Hard Rock Cafe
Comfort Inn in Nashville is located 2 miles from the center of downtown(walking distance) and is located in .3 miles from a strip club. (Just to give you vacationers a heads up) The Comfort Inn it self was not the best choice hotel. I nor my wife were greeted with smiles, but rather a business manner of check in. When we asked about traffic in town, we were not given any advice as to how to get around but rather an annoyance for our question. The hotel staff is not the most pleasant but will not ruin your day. The room was clean, it is a hotel with outside entry; in other words you approach your room for the outside. With this there was a heavy amount of noise from teens or adults late into the night. The noise level was disruptive. This is out of control with the Comfort Inn. The setting of the Comfort is clean in the lobby, and offers a decent hot breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. If you are looking for a quick nights stay, the Comfort Inn is fine. If you are looking to have a vacation spend a little more money and choose another option.

It'll do the trick..

Posted 28-Nov-2014
If you're looking for something with convenience then this hotel will do. Went to a concert at the Bridgestone arena then went out afterwards and the hotel was just there to have some place to sleep. It's about a $10 cab (includes tip) to Broaday where all the bars are. You could walk but since it's November its kinda cold and worth the money. The front desk calls the cab for you and it's no more the a 2 min. wait. The room could've been cleaned more. The floors mopped and counter wiped down. But other then that it was fine. It was a small room so if you're wanting space this isn't the place. It's just great for needing a place to stay after a night of drinking and having fun that's close to downtown.

Average Hotel

Pros: It was clean
Cons: Needs better internet service.
Very close to interstate which made it convenient. Very poor internet service and at times, none at all. Very noisy especially after midnight. Can hear everyone in the parking lot talking very loud at 1am and 2am. Do not come here if you require more than 5 hours of sleep at night. Breakfast was average. Hot water ran out.

Close to downtown

Loved my stay here. Conveniently located close to downtown. There were several restuarants across the street from the hotel. The rooms were super nice and the staff was great. Great price too.
