Stayed 2 weeks for business

Posted 25-Jul-2015
Pros: I enjoyed the size of the room. The cabinets and countertops were lovely. It is super convenient to the interstate, so getting to downtown was easy.
Cons: I hate exchanging towels, but I know that is one of the reasons the hotel is more affordable for a lengthy stay.
Location: There are several restaurants within walking distance. The Brentwood Delivery Dudes became my best friends also :)
The room was a great size, and I loved having a full-size refrigerator. There was a large desk/eating area. The bed was comfortable, and they gave me plenty of pillows, which is nice. The bathroom was large, and the finishings in the bathroom and kitchenette were lovely. The internet worked well. I really don't like having to exchange my towels, and my key stopped working a couple of times, but other than that there were no problems. The desk staff were excellent, and very friendly. The room was clean and well-appointed, but the recliner was small and uncomfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay.

Posted 29-Jun-2015
Pros: Clean large room with many conveniences.
Cons: Noisy hall door.
Location: Great location for getting away from the city a bit. Easy driving to many sites nearby.
I love Candlewood Suites. They are astonishingly great places to stay on a budget...large room, all the conveniences of home (stove, refrigerator, etc). The only thing you must watch (from this stay anyway) is staying at the end of the hall near the exit door as it is pretty noisy when people exit. Still, a great experience and highly recommended.

Good stay

Posted 20-Jun-2015
This was a great hotel. I loved that it had a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The only downsides were that it didn't have a pool and it didn't have a breakfast bar. It did however have good snack food to choose from. The workout room was nice. There was an issue where I overheard one of the staff members (in the main office where you greet customers) talking about how they hate working with Expedia. I just thought that was unprofessional talking about things that customers may over hear. I felt uncomfortable bc I used Expedia for that stay and I know a lot of other customers use Expedia. I would have given an even higher review if it were not for that incident. I truly loved the stay.

Clean and Comfortable

Posted 09-Jun-2015
Minimal contact with staff---not their fault. Room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. Nicely appointed with glassware, mugs, plates and flatware (set of two). Bed was comfortable, there was plenty of room to work and stow items. The recliner was a nice touch, but a bit cramped.

Rude Hotel Manager

Posted 08-Jun-2015
The hotel is nice and clean. The Hotel Manager was very rude when he found out i booked through expedia and not the Hotel directly. I was told i had to pay $20.00 more per night to get the room i originally paid for(according to website), and when i asked why, he told me my first mistake was booking through expedia. He never gave a good reason why, just that i had to pay the extra. I travel to this area on business quite often, this was my third time staying at this hotel and will absolutely be my last.

Cheap hotel in every way!!

Posted 27-May-2015
You have to take the used towels and sheets to front desk to get them replaced with cleaned ones coz they do it only once a week in the room. And the towels in our restroom were kinda wet when we checked in. Terrible!! Btw, our entire room smelled coffee when we walked in.

Great Value for the cost.

Posted 11-May-2015
Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: Open front dest earlier than 7:00 am. I had to leave without a receipt or closed out account. This made me nervous.
We just wanted a clean room for one night that was close to Nashville. Candlewood Suites fit the bill.
