Great Value for the cost.

Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: Open front dest earlier than 7:00 am. I had to leave without a receipt or closed out account. This made me nervous.
We just wanted a clean room for one night that was close to Nashville. Candlewood Suites fit the bill.

A home away from home for us...

Candlewood Suites has become a home away from home for us. Before we married, my husband did contract work and lived in a Candlewood in Knoxville for many many months. We are huge fans and always try to seek one out when we travel. This location was lovely. Clean property, very clean room, comfy bed and Ellie at the front desk is a gem! Our GPS failed on us and she got us to the property quickly and politely. This was a quick overnight for us so we were not able to use the property as we like but it was like coming home again while we travel.

Nice hotel

Pros: Nice rooms, nice staff.
Cons: Nothing
Location: The location is a drive into Nashville but not too far. It's near several office buildings and a strip mall of several restaurants.
Our experience at Candlewood Brentwood Nashville was great. The staff was great. The room was wonderful. Really enjoyed having the kitchen area and large desk.

Very Nice Hotel - Terrible Room

Of course I got the typical shun "Oh you booked with Expedia?" I confirmed yes, then was give. A room with an extremely bright light fixture outside the window, of course I didn't know this until we got in that night and the light was on. It was like daylight in our room all night. I looked the next morning, there were only 5 of these lights on the building and of course I was given a room with on of them directly above the window. We had to be at Vanderbilt early the next morning for my wife's chemo treatment and then doctors visits so it made for a very very long next day. I will never stay there again.

Needless to say, we are both disappointed and perplexed by your post as, so very importantly, we have many overnight guests that book with us via Expedia, and could not be more grateful for the support. It is difficult to imagine that one of our guest service agents greeted you with a "shun" for having booked a hotel room with us, but we could not be more apologetic, were that to be the case. Insofar as the "bright light" outside your guestroom window, we are apologetic, as well, that this posed a discomfort for you, and are really very sorry you feel your dissatisfaction to have such grave consequences regarding your unwillingness to allow us to serve you as our guest in the future. This is definitely our loss, and we could not be more disappointed.

Hotel in great location

Hotel was in great and safe area. We arrived early and our room was ready. The room was extremely clean. The only thing that I would recommend a breakfast.

You are so right!! We do indeed have the good fortune of enjoying a great location that, most definitely, is one of the safest in the region!!! We are forever receiving positive comments as regards these very qualities! Hopefully, in lieu of hotel sponsored breakfast service, you found your way to our Candlewood Cupboard...our nicely stocked "market" in the vicinity of our fitness center and washer / dryer facilities, wherein our guests can purchase snacks, juices, sodas and, yes, breakfast item, to include microwaveable meals! The Cupboard is a big hit with our hotel guests!!! Please come back soon!!!
