“Great hotel”

“Good value”

The rooms are nice. The staff friendly. The coffee in the room was HORRIBLE! Not sure is was even coffee. This was my second stay and I took my own coffee and filters. I cannot comment on the breakfast as i did not participate. If I have business in the area again I would stay again with my own coffee in tow.

“Impressed”

This is a good hotel to stay in during a Nashville visit. Quality for a reasonable price. A good hot breakfast comes with the price of the room. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant for evening & lunch meals but there are restaurants in the area.

“Best in town!”

Our third visit and first review...always return. Stay a week. Fabulous breakfast and outstanding personnel. Privately owned. Everything you could ask for. Very convenient but nice and quiet. Sometimes get "deals" on price.

“Nice little hotel - people were very friendly”

Hotel had been recently remodled and was nice. People were very friendly and helpful. Not the best location for my meeting, it was several miles away and they did not provide a shuttle to the meeting which was inconvenient.

“Nice Hotel - Convenient to Nashville”

“Cross-country road trip”

I stayed at Brentwood on the way to East Coast as part of our cross-country road trip. The Good: Clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was included and the selection is not bad and is the right distance from Highway and major shopping areas. The Bad: Smell is corridor, elevator etc. Little noisy air conditioning (like HVAC) and location, location, location.

“Clean and quiet - pleasant stay.”

In town for a marathon with a friend, this was the perfect place to stay. Location is convenient with shopping and dining nearby, but just off the main street enough to be nice and quiet. The parking lot was well lit and the area around the hotel seemed safe. Check in was smooth and the staff was pleasant throughout our stay. The full breakfast was very good (waffles!), and though we didn't use the fitness room it appeared clean with a good variety of new equipment. Our room had a clean smell, comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator, and a good-sized flat screen TV. The bathroom door didn't line up with the frame so if you wanted it latched you had to use some force, but that was a very minor negative when compared with all the other positives. I will happily return next time I am in Nashville.
