The hotel as such was clean and observed all covid requirements for safety of guests.
However, very disappointed in the service by the staff members. Unprofessional.
I had made reservations on bed and breakfast basis for 4 persons (2 rooms). And while check in was informed that breakfast would be served in the room. But when my mom ordered breakfast (tea and toast), she had to pay 250/-. When confronted with the manager, all he could say is that they will look into the matter and make sure that the front desk person does not repeat this mistake. No question of refunding the 250/-, though had already paid 1000/- for breakfast with the room tariff.
Lastly, the quality of breakfast was below par. Most of the food that was being served was cold. Never had such a pathetic breakfast before. Waste of money.
