“Great "Airport" Hotel (Narita)”

Very nice hotel nestled in a pseudo-rural setting (lots of trees/crops surrounding). I would recommend this hotel for short-term Tokyo travel for the following reasons: 1) FREE shuttle to/from Narita Airport to hotel (saves ~5000 yen); 2) hourly FREE shuttle back to local shopping complex (loaded with anything you need from gifts to dog food); and 3) FREE shuttle to rail system interchange (not sure of the station, but you can get ANYWHERE from here). The hotel is located a couple of miles from Narita, so the airport noise is not noticed. The hotel cafe has a very good (but a little pricy) buffet with both western and Asian food types. There is a gift shop with drinks/toiletries/etc, but they do not sell ANY medicines (even Motrin, so bring everything you need). The ground are immaculately kept and the staff is very friendly. When I'm just laying over in Tokyo, this is the place for me.

“great stay with baby”

The kids zone was so great after checking in from a long day of travel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was leisurely and easy to find. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant actually had some of the best food we had in Japan!

nice hotel to stay if you want to avoid the crowds in Tokyo while keeping easy transportation. Only drawback is there is nothing around the hotel, but you can take the shuttle bus to Narita and the Aeon Mall, and Tokyo if you want, very nice. Airport is 20 min away. An excellent location for a short stay.

“Comfortable room, beautiful grounds”

Close by Narita and perfect location for resting up after a long international haul. Convenient highway bus to Tokyo Central Station direct from the hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

“Radisson Narita”

The staff of the hotel could not possibly have been nicer. They are very kind, full of helpful information and a joy to deal with. Food was expensive, but it is Japan after all. Kathy

“Not close to the Narita airport”

The Expedia review claims the Radisson Hotel Narita Airport is within a few miles of the airport. That's just not correct. It was a 35,000 Yen (about US$35) cab ride from Terminal 1.

“Very Clean”

Hotel was very clean and everyone wanted to help.

“Home Away from Home”

Very comfortable. Very kind, English speaking staff. Has a restaurant/bar with great food and again friendly staff. My only delima was the shuttle service stopped at 9:10pm the day I got there, and my train didn't arrive until 9:20, so I had to get a taxi, but that wasn't their fault. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a good hotel to stay. I hope they will have a little better shuttle service.

“Good location, very clean & quiet”

This was only an overnite lay over on our way to Thailand. Good shuttle service, good food, clean rooms, short ride to airport. The hotel shuttle will take guests into town and pick up in afternoon. As our flight left in the evening this was a great opportunity to see some sights. I would stay here if in town again.
