“Nice but not Exceptional”
The hotel is nice and well maintained but not exceptional. The hotel resturaunt is expensive and, similarly, good but not exceptional.
“Mixed Review”
Decent location, excellent food on the club level, but lackluster rooms that need a facelift. Many additional charges normally included at the Ritz: beach chairs, umbrellas, wireless on the Club level, and a beach restaurant that was so dark you couldn't see your food, and even the servers had trouble delivering to the correct tables. There was the odor of sewage as you walked from the beach to the pool area, and the hotel seemed very tired. It was not the usual Ritz experience and I will not be visiting there again.
“Amazing!”
Best vacation. Beautiful view. Excellent service. And, you must visit Linda at the spa. Hands of an Angel!
“The Naples Ritz Shines!”
Can not top the service we received at the Ritz Carlton Naples...beach resort. Wonderful staff, wonderful resort. Loved Bites, the new tapas eatery located in the Lobby lounge. All positive marks from us, just one note, mattresses and room furniture will need an update really soon as they are showing signs of wear. We will return hopefully!
“Wonderful!”
The hotel was great! Of course pricey, but as far as I'm concerned, ya get what you pay for! We'll be headed back there for sure!
“Wonderful stay”
Even though it was the middle of spring break crowds, Ritz did a great job of making the stay a terrific one.
“Outstanding hotel; Fabulous experience”
This hotel could not be more accommodating. From the service to the food to the beach to the room, this was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful from furniture to view. We had an outstanding view of the ocean from the 12th floor with a terrace. We had three people in a double room and it was fine. I loved this hotel. The food was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was great. The gym was great; it was low key in that people were not trying to sell you drinks on the beach. There were free bottles of water everywhere as well as cannisters of water with lemon, pineapple, or orange slides at the pool and beach. Best massage ever at the spa. And when we had to check out early but plane was much later, the desk gave us free day passes to the spa where we spent a leisurely afternoon on the roof deck in the whirlpool, laying out, eating at their healthy cafe, showering outside... And inside the spa were the whirlpools with different temperatures, great showers, etc. A world-class hotel. There was no request that was not met by, "my pleasure."
“"Fabulous hotel, grounds, service, rooms"Ritz carlton does it bes”
Ritz Carlson does it best! They know how to run a great hotel.Everything from the rooms, service, food is the best. Their employees are exceptional!
“Memorable Experience”
Great room, views, service. Absolutely first class.
“Very nice property with all the amenities”
We had the hotel to ourselves since which might have made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were great, the food was excellent, it was a very relaxing vacation. The women working the concierge desk were amazing and made our trip much better with their suggestions. I highly recommend this hotel especially in the off season when the rates are cheaper and the hotel is not crowded.
