The staff is helpful. If you are doing anything other than taking the train it would be best to avoid the hotel as the surrounding area is unsafe. The only way to enter the hotel besides walking from the curb is the underground car park. No one is available to help with the bags and the rooms are noisy if facing the street.

Very clean. Literally steps from train station to room. Nice and helpful staff. Restaurants so close, pizza, pastries, groceries. Very nice room and big bed! Room a little warm for me even with air on.

The hotel does not have usb portal for charging, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers. The servers in dining were rude and pretended that they do not speak English until they were aware that I am from the states. To be the very least, they were racist and arrogant.

The property on the surface looked the part but the quality of the amenities and the food was very poor when compared to what was available locally. The staff were also not the most friendly.

Rooms were extremely hot. When we called the desk we were told to use the thermostat on the wall...but it didn't work either. Beds were hard as concrete. The food was excellent and the room was spacious and clean if you could stand no working A/C.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay in Starhotel Terminus. It is very convenient for the metro, train and bus are just a few steps away- Girabaldi and Napoli Centrale Station. You can actually take the allibus from the airport and stops right in front of the Hotel. A good assortment of foods on breakfast for a fee(optional). Many Restaurants nearby. Staff are welcoming.

As usual with Starhotels, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable and location always convenient. Worst service from one of the female staff during breakfast - ignored guests many times and makes you feel most unwelcome and that she doesn’t want you there. You know who this is if you go there - I won’t be going there again Very helpful staff at reception, but what is the point of sending a request and registering before I arrive to then wait for it all to be uploaded again in reception on arrival? Your systems are very slow!

Convenient and quiet in the evening
Overall we enjoyed our 3-night stay. Friendly staffs and some speaks English well, which is critical for foreigners like us. Just located across the railway station, so very convenient, and quiet in the evening.

Location excellent if you need to use the train station. Several tour companies use the hotel location as a pick up point. An easy walk to shopping areas. Beautiful room and superb breakfast.

Five star package
Staff were pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The location was excellent for train's and buses to airport Vesuvius and Herculaneum.

Pillow menu a nice touch
We stayed here for one night as a stopover as part of a larger train journey across Italy. The hotel is well located, just across the street from Napoli Centrale and next to the metro station. Our room was comfortable and had sky TV channels including films in English. A pillow menu offered a wide range of options and I managed to get an ergonomic pillow.

Nice convenient hotel
Good Things: > excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choices > spacious room > excellent location near trains and metros Not so good things: < building quite old, streets surrounding the hotel are quite dirty with lots of garbage trashes < Hotels.com promised a silver perk for a bottle of wine as a gift, but I never receive any before I checked out, a bit disappointing !

The hotel is an oasis in the midst of a dirty area of Naples though it is very convenient to the rail station, as it is immediately across the street. It is a shame that the area is trashy and smells of urine.

Arriving at the hotel a Porter helped us bring our luggage into the lobby. We were early, bags were kept for us. The room was large with a clothes nook, large bathroom, kettle, coffees and teas, minifridge. Breakfast was very good, although due to the number of guests it did get busy at times. There are four electric scooters to rent at the lobby. Guests can stay for an aperitif. The lobby is very spacious with many seating areas with tables. Elevator for 4 people. The hotel is steps away from Centrale and it’s shops including Feltrellini and a ‘food court’ with very good cafes. Also in front of Centrale and very close to the hotel are the Metro and bus stops to reach other areas of the city.

Will stay again
Location was semi good , long walk to historical centre but next to train station. Room was spacious and clean. Everything working well. Booked day tour with hotel but was cancelled without good notice. Hotel helped rebooked tour at much higher price.

Excellent hotel. Right next to the railway station. I have stayed many times and never disappointed. Quiet , very comfortable, very good breakfast. I do bring Ceylon teabags as they only offer Earl Grey or herb
