“Kind people”

They changed a room and gave me a room with microwave and refrigerator.

“No sleep”

While the staff was excellent the other hotel guest were not. We had a pool side view room. Sounded good when we booked the trip. However when we returned from a busy day around 8:30 there was what seemed like a pool party with a huge group of people in and around the pool. They started playing music that was so loud we could not even hear the TV. Luckily they turned that off at 10pm. BUT they were out there talking, laughing and sometimes very loud until 4am. Never will go back. The best thing about the hotel was the location but there were many more hotels close by to choose from. Next time I won't be so cheap!

Was very pleased with our stay. The location is awesome. The hotel itself is great...wonderful showers and the best pillows I've ever had at a hotel :) Staff was friendly and helpful. You can't beat it especially for the price!

“Very nice hotel”

This is not a luxurious hotel, but it is very comfortable, clean and well located. The staff was very helpful, nice and friendly. The pool area is really wonderful. It is pet friendly at no cost. This is really great!!! The only bad thing is that they do not have breakfast.

“TOO NOISY OUTSIDE”

IT WAS VERY LOUD AT NIGHT. VERY NOISY NEIGHBORS. THE HOTEL STAFF HAD TO COME TO QUIET THEM DOWN. IT WAS 2AM. ENOUGH SAID.

“Good for a cheaper hotel”

The bathroom was clean. Inner areas of carpet were clean, but around edge of baseboards were quite dirty. Room smelled okay. 2 out of 9 nights had no clean towels nor shampoo. Every other night everything was okay. Beds were always made. Had to request a blowdryer but one was provided when ask for. For our needs it was satisfactory and very close to were we wanted to be. Was able to keep the room temp where we wanted it. If we had paid more I would not have been happy, but for the price, it was good. The check-in clerk was very nice. Not able to communicat with the cleaning lady, she did not speak English. Clock didnt work. But the front desk handled everything, and replaced the clock. For the price and convience, will stay there again.

We checked in and were given keys to a second floor unit. There was no elevator so we slogged up the exterior staircase with two bags each. My companion inserted the key into the door while I observed a card game in the next room - the card game appeared to be strip poker. As the door to our room swung open, my horrified gaze registered as two people, buck naked, were doing what two people customarily do! Yes, you have it exactly correct so there is no need to add any details. We shut the door to that room and hastened back to the Front Office. When I described the scene, the clerk was nonplussed - does this happen all the time? and simply exchanged the key for one in the front of the hotel. Our next room was shabby, but clean and presentable. We left the next morning without further adieu.

for the $8 difference go to the Best Western on Pine Ridge, much nicer/newer, great location very nice neighborhood and amenities with breakfast included.
